Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB of existing make/type/make/capacity including disassembling operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts, reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, decarbonizing all joints, bus bar, CTs, PTs spout metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode and calibration and checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay and plug setting infected in service by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc, during fault condition setting by expert complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts required to make VCB functional shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only the following spare parts of HT 11 KV VCB for replacement against item No. 1 above complete all as specified and directed:- (2.01) Shunt Tripping coil 30V DC complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV , Oil circuit breaker of existing make/ type/model/capacity including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable parts, and accessories, oiling / greasing of moving parts includng reassembling fine setting of mechanism removing of oil tank well cleaning and decarbonization of arc control pot fixed and moving contacts ,hinges contacts and repacement of unserviceable parts insulating oil and reassembling and making OCB in perfect operation in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete panel board, main busbar, carbonizing all joints,busbar CTs,PTs, spouts metal parts and components etc and calibration & checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented in service by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of relays trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Spare parts required to make OCB functional will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

S&F in replacement latest electronic over current and earth fault relay three phase, 03 OC and 1 EF, auxillary supply as per existing DC supply with 2 No + 2 NC contact suitable for SCADA compatible 11 KV VCB/OCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of 11 KV indoor PT with replacement of all damaged parts all male and female spouts and SRC fuses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement phase barriors support including brass bolt/washer for holding copper bus bar in the HT panel of existing type/size/capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including taking down of existing complete.

M&L for Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve required di-electric strength of the oil up to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 :- Dehydration machine and other required equipments shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect. Note2 : BDV Test certificate shall be submitted by contractor after dehydration.

Supply and filling transformer oil in sealed container for topping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 60 KV during filling after initial filtration,complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, megger testing the defective winding portion/taking out , cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/winding wire/strip winding of existing description for transformer of capacity 50 to 100 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Winding of coil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (b) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The cost for the dehyderation of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are included in the quoted rate. (f) Proper shut down shall be taken by the contractor before execution of the work.

M&L for cutting worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the HT cable of size 120 to 300 Sqmm and S&F of new aluminium cable lugs of suitable size and reconnecting the cable with transformer, terminal stud including dressing of cable, excavation & surface dressing after providing sand cushioning and brick protection to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Looping/Prunning of tree branches to obtain clearance all around the 11 KV line including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The tree branches etc willl be left as it as and will not be carried away by the contractor as wood belongs to CEO/DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood.However the same shall be stacked properly to avoid any inconvience to traffic etc. (b) Prunning of all tree branches of one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c) Contractor shall employ sufficient labour to complete the job within time as required. (d) Contractor shall be responsible for any type of mishappeing/accident while prunning of the trees. (e) Contractor's supervisor will take proper shut down from the MES installations before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply. However full assistance will be provided by MES Staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for carrying out prunning of trees and all safety measure shall be followed.

M & L for earthing complete in replacement of chemical type with copper earth plate electrode 900mmx600mmx5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep 1.5 mtr width ) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected and including copper strip earth lead 32mm x 6 mm size by means of copper brazing strip and layers of salt charcol and magnesium sulphate including funnel with wire mesh including testing of earthing complete all as specified and directed . (Minimum three chemical pits are to be made and connected in a grid to meet the earth resistance specifications of <0.50 Ohm). (a) Earthing to be done in presence of JE/Engr- in - Charge . (b) Charcoal small pieces 250 Kg , Salt (crystal)-250 Kg , Magnesium Sulphate (Crystal) 100 Kg. (c) Copper strip shall be brazed with copper elctrode plate . (d) Alternate layer of charcoal and salt should be laid in the earth pit on the top of the copper plate at least 5 layers should be laid. (e) After laying of the 5 alternate layers of charcoal and salt a two inch layer of magnesium sulphate to be laid. (f) The chemical salt and and magnesium sulphate should not be fixed but are to be laid in layers only. (g) Copper strip is to be extended inside the equipment and power room. It should be routed in the side wall of the under ground ducts fixed with ceramic /porcelain spacers. (h) Contractor shall pour sufficient water in earth pit before and after doing earthing. (j) 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade of suitable length to reach just above copper plate fitted with funnel meshed along with cap running with water tap to be provided for keeping soil wet. (k) Soft soil ( Black cotton soil) shall be used in case of rocky terrain.(l) Testing after completion of the same.

M&L for disconnecting the input and output electric supply from automatic voltage stablizer upto 100 KVA capacity and taking out from site and shifting to civil workshop for carrying out repair works including servicing of dimmer and gears and refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate of T&P, transportation and necessary man power required during loading and unloading.

Opening the top cover of voltage stablizer taking out the complete servo stablizer oil and keep it for reuse and taking out dimmer assembly and transformer assembly for checking the defects and carrying necessary repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing damage/unsv/faulty PVC insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 11000V grade cable of any size from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc. Testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segregating serviceable portion for relaying serviceable cable where directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction brick masonry platform in replacement of for mounting transformer of 200 KVA to 400 KVA capacity of overall finish size 3mx3mx1.25 mtr high above ground level with fly ask bricks old size wall 230mm in CM 1:4, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agregate) top of the platform finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work, excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on all exposed vertical surfaces of platform wtih MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm as in posts at an interval 1.2 mtr centre to centre and 2.25 mtr height duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm aggregate stone and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) alongwith 3 Nos Steps, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 25x4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire/lead all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth strip protected by 40 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 40mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site.

Taking down transformer of any capacity from plinth including disconnecting from HT and LT connection and reinstallation in specified near by area complete and Remounting on plinth and Reinstallation complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:Cost of crane/hydra and labour included in quoted rate.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 4,69,153.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
