Surface excavation in any type of soil not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging upto 15cm and removing excavated soil upto a distance not exc. 50m, filling back/spreading with healthy earth of 15cm thick breaking the clads with wooden sludges and treating soil with pesticides (i.e. Bavistin and Neem cake, 5ml of chloropyriphos 20 EC and vermi compost in ratio (1:3) including supplying and laying of Mexican carpet natural grass ready made of approved quality, turfs laid side by side without undulation/depressions and ramming the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Digging of pit of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm in any type of soil including removal of excavated soil and filling back the pit with stuiable growing media like healthy earth by treating with farm yard manure in the ratio (1:1), fertilizers and pesticides (i.e. Bavistin and Neem cake, 5ml of chloropyriphos 20 EC mixed with 2 Kg soil in each pit and vermi compost) and making up the trench area to proper levels including supply and planting tree plants of species such as Trothic ficus Plant complete all as approved by GE and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Minimum 4 feet Ht.

Excavating in any type of soil upto 450mm wide and not exceeding 450mm depth and removing excavated soil upto a distance not exceeding 50 metre filling back with healthy earth 15 cm thick of mixed with farmyard manure in the ratio (1:1) breaking the clads with wooden sludges, treating soil with fertilizers and pesticides (i.e. Bavitin and neem cake, 5ml of chloropyriphos 20 EC (mixed with 2 Kg of soil in per RM) and vermi compost in ratio (1:3), planting of hedging and edging plants such as Golden Duranta complete all as approved by GE and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 10 above but Green Duranta hedge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete maintenace of planted trees and shrubs (hedges) items cover under phase-I (srl item No. 1 to 10 above) including hoeing, weeding, pruning, removal of garden rubbish, spraying of water, insecticides, pesticides and applying manure vermin-compost, neem cake & micro nutrients etc. as per standard procedure and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE, protecting the trees and shrubs, keeping good health of plants so as to keep the plant live in entire period of 24 months and replacing the dead trees and shrubs with the size as per time grown new live trees trees and shrubs (within 48 hrs) etc and make all necessary arrangement to keep the plant live and healthy for entire period of 24 months starting from completion of phase-I (minimum 01 Mali and 01 Helper on daily basis) complete all as specified and directed.
