Providing Annual Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz power supply system,LT panels,DG sets,lighting etc. covering the scope of operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance, taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documents etc. by engaging manpower round the clock basis on all days including sundays & holidays as per detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

Annual maintenance contract of following make DG sets ( Engine+Panel) including AMF panel with other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance & attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required , minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required.

Replacement of B-Checks kit & carried out of B-Check of 25 KVA Kirloskar make 3 phase AC soundproof Generator at DVOR.- 01 no. B- Check kit consist of following items . (i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 7.5 ltr (v) coolent-01. (make- KOEL).

All-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all type & makes 1.5 TR capacity split airconditioning installed at different locations of airport including providing and replacing all necessary consumables, spares, compressors, refrigerant and all accessories i/c sabilizers( if have) etc complete to keep the serviceable condition all the time.

All-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of hot & cold RO+UV Water Purifier of Eureka forbes make having storage tank capacity 16.6 Litres & cooling capacity 15 LPH installed at Office Area of airport including providing/replacing all necessary acessories,consumables,spares,compressors,refrigerant, filters etc. as required for dispenser water shall be suitable for drinking including cleaning & making ensure the serviceability all the time etc complete as required.
