REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF FILTER MEDIA AT FILTRATION PLANT NO 1 TO 3 ,WATER SUPPLY ITEMS AT MAIN , OLD AND NAVY PUMP HOUSE AND ALLIED WORKS AND REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF GI PIPE LINE FOR ALL OTM ACCN AND OFFICE AREA, AT INF LINE AND BG LINE, JAMNAGAR

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/Loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed. Note :The back fill shall be neatly rounded /levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6 (a) of SSR 2009.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections, including cleaning or removal for following size all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. :-

Re-fixing old steel tubing with new fittings such as bend,socket,elbow & reducer etc connections, in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc) all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Supply, lay, connect and test GI tubing ,medium grade with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls, floors, ceiling or laid in trenches etc. complete of following sizes all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

(d) 25 mm bore

Supply and fix Gun -Metal glob or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for following size, fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

(e) 15 mm bore

M&L for taking out existing sand and filter Media at Filteration Plant and depositing near site at a distance more than 100 m apart from the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing gravells/Pabbles of any size from Filter bed at Filteration Plant and stacking properly for cleaning/washing and regradation for reuse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing complete, cleaning of gravells/pabbles of any size including removal of rejected gravells seprated at site and remaing gravells washing with high pressure water and grading out in the following sizes including back filling in filter bed & stacking properly in filter bed all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L filling and laying of sand filter media in filter Bed of filteration Plant all as directed by Engr-in-charge and specified :-

(a) white quartz sand 0.81 to 1 mm size graded

(b) white quartz sand 0.61 to 0.8 mm size grded

(c) white quartz sand below 0.6 mm size grded

M & L for preparation of old painted iron surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces all as specified and directed .

Supply install test and commissioning for MS black seamless pipe with thickness 8 mm conforming to IS-1239 Gr 330 including with welded joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends,elbow,tees,short pieces,connectors,nut bolts washers, rubber packings,rubber joints gasket etc. ,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches,etc.,also cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting etc duly painted with two coats of lead free synthetic enamel paint, fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for the following bore of pipe

(b) 250 mm dia bore

(c) 200 mm dia bore

Supply install test and commissioning for MS black pipe heavy class conforming to IS-1239 part 1 including with welded joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends,elbow,tees,short pieces,connectors,nut bolts washers, rubber packings,rubber joints gasket etc. ,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches,etc.,also cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting etc duly painted with two coats of lead free synthetic enamel paint, fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for the 150mm bore of pipe

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks using old size bricks straight on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work / concrete work and finished even& smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

S&F including testing sluice valve stainless steel spindle cast iron both ends flanged and drilled (ISI marked) heavy duty PN 1.6 with conforming to IS 14846 including provision of nut bolts with washers packing and jointing materials like rubber insetion sheet 3 mm thick & fixed to pipe line, testing complete all as specified & directed for the following sizes :--

(a) 250 mm bore

(b) 200 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 100 mm bore

M & L removing sluice valve NRV or foot valve and replacement of gland /rubber sheet packing etc 80 mm to 350 mm as per existing size and refixing the valve all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

S&F of CI fittings such as Bends,tapers any type,increasing decreasing or double socket ,tee pieces single branche, double branch,cross(all socket or socket and spigot) collars joint, dummy flange ,caps and plugs, fixed in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(a) 200 mm to 300 mm bore

(b) upto 150 mm bore

S&F of Non Return valve flanged end as per IS-5312 with CI iron body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes :-
