M & L for preparation of old painted bituminous surface of Runway or concrete pavements surface by removing all loose dirt / dust etc. with the help of brush or broom and applying one coat of water based road marking paint, white or golden yellow or any other tint as required at site as in painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on runway, pavements and the like exc. 10 cm wide with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of previously untreated bituminous surface of Runway or concrete pavements surface by removing all loose dirt / dust etc. with the help of brush or broom and applying two coats of water based road marking paint, white or golden yellow or any other tint as required at site over a coat of primer as in painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on runway, pavements and the like exc. 10 cm wide with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces not exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of concrete pavements / road surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-writing computerised letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian), height of letter not less than 120 cm, width of letter or figure not less than 50 cm and width of font strock not less than 15 cm, using high intensity prismatic retro reflacting sheet ing of red colour Make- 3M or ISI marked as approved by GE, fixed on existing MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, trenches for laying of water tubing or cables etc. and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying of course sand free from sharp materials as in filling in trenches for cable protection, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable and 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well brunt sub class 'B' old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 50 mm bore light grade galvanised iron tubing with all necessary GI fittings as in protection pipe of cable laid in trenches or fixed to pole or other vertical surface or for insertion in horizental boring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making horizontal hole by mechanical Boring under hard standing, pavements, runway or roads for insertion of GI pipes 50 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / ducts, passing through pipe / fixing on poles 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, 2.50 Sqmm 3 core, LT cable (heavy duty), XLPE insulated armoured and overall PVC sheathed having stranded copper conductor cable including commissioning and testing with and including taking down old unserviceable cable alongwith old protection bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to damaged / broken unserviceable existing link sign board of overall size 2300 mm X 800 mm, made of hard plastic or perspex sheet duly framed with anodised aluminium strip of suitable size. The link sign board is mounted on 2-3 Nos. legs made of specialized frangible material. One alphabet letter like 'A', 'M', 'N' and the like of size 340 mm X 400 mm shall be written on one side of the board in yellow colour on black blackground of size 740 mm X 800 mm, remaining portion of link sign board size 1560 mm X 800 mm shall be yellow background and black strips as per existing pattern. The Link Sign Board shall have suitable numbers of LED lights with LED accessories such as LED driver, adopter, Plate, rectifier to convert AC supply into DC supply etc., Link sign Board shall be made pre-wired as in replacement of old burnt wires with complete housing in the board including suitable repair to the PCC foundation for fixing Link board and making all electric connections all as per existing sample at site with and including replacement of damages / broken mirror image complete all as per site requirement, specified and directed.

M & L for repair to damaged / broken unserviceable existing link sign board of overall size 750 mm X 900 mm, made of hard plastic or perspex sheet duly framed with anodised aluminium strip of suitable size. The link board is mounted on 2-3 Nos. legs made of specialized frangible material. One alphabet letter like 'F', 'H', 'J', 'L' and the like of size 250 mm X 400 mm shall be written on both sides of the board in black colour over yellow blackground. The Link Sign Board shall have suitable numbers of LED lights with LED accessories such as LED driver, adopter, Plate, rectifier to convert AC supply into DC supply etc., Link sign Board shall be made pre-wired as in replacement of old burnt wires with complete housing in the board including suitable repair to the PCC foundation for fixing Link board and making all electric connections all as per existing sample at site with and including replacement of damages / broken mirror image complete all as per site requirement, specified and directed.
