M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as in tread and landing of staircase not more than one piece to stair case all specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as in riser of steps, skirting, dado, pillar not more than one piece to stair case all specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slab one edge , such as in steps , cooking paltforms , and similar situations, all specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars, removing the debris with in a lead of 100 meters as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or Amandur ,(manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.all specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all specified and as directed. (Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement all specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of Antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protek of Asian paint or Equivalent in approved Makes) over a coat of Exterior primer (Proffesional pack of Asian paints) over a coat of external wall care piutty n.exc 2 mm thick on new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including scafoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing , support complete all as specified. Note : Height of the Bldg is approx 12.00 mtrs.

M&L for 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls all as specified.

M&L for prepration of surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered/unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer ,plastered and other surface with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer ,plastered and other surface with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Prepration of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable aluminium windows/doors with frame exc 1.5 Sqm and grills complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable aluminium ventilator/windows with frame not exc 1.5 Sqm and grills complete all as specified.

Supply and fix aluminium windows casement type (34 mm Series) powder coated aluminium sections with and including 5 mm thick plain sheet glass/frosted glass panes of openable type with rubber lining, Casement type (34 mm Series) sections for mosquito proofing windows with aluminium alloy wire cloth , 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm in three panes divided with mullion section sash bars and aluminium standard decco grills 10 mm thick, fixed in with 1.3 mm thick standard aluminium "F" channels etc complete with following sections of HINDALCO or equivalent:- (a) "H" frame 44.50 x 34.00 x 2.00 mm Section No 2082 (b) "Z" shutter 34.00 x 44.50 x 2.00 mm Section No 4124 (c) Mullion 57.00 x 34.00 x 25.00 mm Section No 9139 Note:- The rates are inclussive of SS friction hinges grade 304(Eye Max) for aluminium windows , jointing cleats, rubber beading, "U" channels, handles, locking arrangements etc. complete.

S&F for powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F for powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws complete all as specified.

S&F for 12 mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required. etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination , fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs door closer aluminium (extuded section) body hydraulically regulated designation No 3 universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of MS heavy duty complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles,padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles, slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 25 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering cement plaster in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent , all as specified and directed.Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degrees C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N by torch application including min 10 cm side over lap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 10 Kg /Sqm all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mid steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc. all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel grills/railings fixed to walls/floors of Grade-316 including all pieces, drilling holes, sweling, buffing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC (un re-inforced) of any description and in any position not otherwie specifically provide for.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick, 1:3:6 (Type C-1) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair , all as specified.

M&L in repairs for PVC (SWR) pipes 50 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall GI brackets / clamps all as specified and directed (the portion of pipe inserted to the masonry/ slab shall be fixed with water proofing bathseal tape two way to the entire width of masonry/slab). Note: Pipe are to be fixed away from the wall using suitable clamps and bolts

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of grid size 605 x 605 mm thick for false ceiling complete all as specified

M&L for hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

M& L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 250mm (thickness of bed shall be 15 cms), all as specified. Note(i) :- The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer dia of drain pipe plus 30 cms. Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, Pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed portion/ surface of wall/ floor/ ceiling etc by using cement mortar and colour/ white wash to match with the existing surface/location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring from batten/conduit of any size including earth wire and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, concealed PVC conduit Med grade 25 mm dia of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting wall/PCC, chases and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed

Taking down aluminium/GI/copper strip of size upto 32 x 6 mm from the inspection box to the earth pit//roof conductors/down conductors and disconnecting insulators from the multi stories buildings/structures/over head tanks etc including porcelain insulators, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the inspection/ test box of any size disconnecting the earth strip, jointing togather copper/aluminium /GI strip with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Taking down air termination aluminium/copper single pointed rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing medium grade 40 mm & 50 mm including dismantling PCC base/clamps all as specified and directed.
