Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and water and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/R masonary/rubble masonary (uncoursed/brought to course) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out of joints at plinth level in cement mortar (1:6) 1cement:6sand).

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricksof approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Half Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutter for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enamelled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85G. With wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.

Edge of slab and break in floor 20 cm wide

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation beams within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams griders bressumers and centilever upto al floor level.

In walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10mtr. Thickness attached pillasters buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto any floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (1cement:1½sand:3graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Lintles, beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers upto any floor level including entire carriage of material as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.40mm thick.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) i/c finishing the top surface of concrete smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending binding and plasting in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning dirt dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint other than white complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt & other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt dust and remains of loose powders material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamps type-I of 16mm dia MS barbent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed position of loop, all as per standard design complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg., 40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm thick cement plaster on fair sides of brick/stone masonary concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth ion cm 1:3 (1cement:3sand)

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in built up section trusses and frames work i.e. cutting, hoisting fixing in position applying a priming coat of red lead paint in joints handles and angles tees flates with connection plates of angles sheets in main and cross celats hip and jack rafter purline connected to common rafter and the like within all leads and lifts and as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, Jointing and Testing of HDPE (High Density polythene pipe) of following dia and class PE-80 PN 4.0 conforming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fitting and bends (earth work to be paid for separately) within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
