Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FRLS) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including all accessories ISI marked including press fit white PVC open switch/surface board high strength and crack resistance and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable(FRLS) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for the following:-. (a ) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(b ) one fan point point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

(d ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board

( e) One bell point controlled by one bell push

All as per Item No. 2 above but with 4 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FRLS) including 4 sq mm PVC copper conductor used as earth wire for power point on independent board for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps.

Supply and fix Switch piano Flush, single pole, one way 5 amp 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch Socket Combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps flush type 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix switch socket combination 2 in1 , 6 pin, 16 Amps, 230 volt flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix socket outlet 2 in 1 3 pin, 5 Amps, 230 volt AC with ISI marked flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electronic fan regulator, 450W 250V stepped type, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose in poly carbonate 3 plates flush type 6 Amps, 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bell electric Ding Dong 230 Volts, AC, with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

Attending internal/ external electric complaint for maintenance/breakdown, round the clock for maintenance, checking, fault finding and rectification of fault in LT panels/Overhead HT/LT lines, transformers, switchgears and carry out repairs and resume electric supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a)Day to day complaint rectified by the Electrician shall be written in complaint register and completion report recorded in complaint register and complaint document slip rectified complaints only will be paid. (b) The spares required for the rectification of fault shall be measured under items 10 to 36, 52 to 59. (c) Five(05) numbers of complaint shall be measured as one unit(Each Job)

Supply and fixing LED bulb 9 watts, 230 volt complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/ Philips/Bajaj/Crompton Greaves.

Supply only MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 40 Amps capacity IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters complete including suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 32 above but MCB TPN 415 volt C curve 10 KA 40 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 32 here-in-before but MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement energy efficient LED building security light fitting 35W on existing brackets including connection with twin core flexible pvc 0.5 sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat part No. ENDURASUNDOWNSL35WLED765PASYBOPC or equivalent in Philips/Bajaj/Surya.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated cable (FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC Casing and Caping including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and Fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 415 volts, MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCB shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, MCBs used as incommer flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, MCBs used as incommer flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any type and size, cable ends, dimantling blades and removing fan and balde to store yard and Hanging/ fixing only repaired/ reconditioned Fan of any type and size and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified and directed.

Collecting unserviceable ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep 230V, AC single phase from store yard of AGE E/M and transporting to local market, cutting unserviceable winding from fan stater & rewinding same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including throughly cleaning all the components, oiling greasing & replacement of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy condensers, bush, bearing & flexible copper connection wire etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Taking down and refixing after repair work shall be measured and paid under Item No.42 above. (ii) Spare such as Hanging clamps, canopy, condenser and flexible copper connection wire, painting, down rod, bearing, bush, clamps etc shall be measured & paid separatetly under item Nos.49 to 56.

Material and labour for Scraping down old paint of ceiling fan of any size sweep complete body & blade including down rod filling the cavities with filler and making smooth surface by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after prepation with sand paper by means spray gun/brush with all as specified and as directed.

Supply only only Ball bearing Ser No 6201 or 6202 complete all as specified and directed. Make : MDS/SKF/NBL

Supply only Ball bearing Ser No 6203/6204 complete all as specified and directed. Make : MDS/SKF/NBL or as per existing specifications as per sample

Supply only Gun metal bush for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Down rod 300 mm long of size 20 mm dia ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Oscillating mechanism suitable for wall mounting fan any make and type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Exhaust fan Motor of 300mm sweep heavy duty complete as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 61 above but for 250mm sweep.

Supply and fix in repairs LED recess suitable for false ceiling 2 ft X2 ft, 40 watts , 240 volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat part No CLLC-RMLSS-40 of CELS or or Equivalent in Crompton Greaves / Havells.

M&L for servicing incl cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for split type AC of any make/ capacity after taking down the whole unit and refixing at the existing location or any other new location after servicing all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . (Note: S&F spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

Supply and fix in replacement of Printed Circuit Board suitable for 1.5/2TR Capacity Split Unit Air Conditioners including remote, etc. Make LG/equivalent as approved by GE

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor from window/Split type Air conditioner 1.5 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity 1.5 TR, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer. Make : LG/ Voltas/ Samsung complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor from water cooler of capacity 40 to 80 Ltr per Hour singlephase 230 volts and supply and fixing compressor unit of water cooler of capacity 40 to 60 ltrs as speciifed by Engr-in-charge. Make : LG/ Voltas/ Samsung complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of AC blower fan motor for AC suitable for 1.5/2 TR split type AC suitable operate on 230 Volt AC supply at 50 HZ.

Supply and fix in replacement of blower fan motor water cooler capacity 40/80 suitable operate on 230 Volt AC supply at 50 HZ.

Supply and fix in replacement of Capacitor 45 MFD complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat Part No QHLIDC545006 in Havells or equivalent in L&T/Surya

Supply and fix in replacement of Capacitor 50 MFD complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat Part No QHLIDC550006 in Havells or equivalent in L&T/Surya

Supply and fix of insulation Nytrile foam insulation suitable for 5/8 inch copper tube as per site requirement of approved make all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix of insulation Nytrile foam insulation suitable for 1/4 inch copper tube as per site requirement of approved make all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of Copper tube 5/8 inch size as per site requirement of approved make all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Copper tube 1/4 inch size of approved make all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of Evaporator unit (indoor unit ) complete suitable for 1.5TR Capacity Split type Air Conditioners all as specified and as directed. Make : LG/ Voltas/Goderj

Supply and fix in replacement of Condensing (Out door) unit complete including compressor, etc. Suitable for 1.5TR Capcity Air conditioners all as specified and as directed. Make : LG/Voltas/Goderj/Total line/Techmesh

Supply and charging R-134A/ R-410A gas to maintain the required cooling effect as and when required in the water cooler, Refrigerator and other cooling applinces complete all as specified and as directed.
