Supply of following size cables of 1.1 KV grade aluminum and copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable of 1.1 kv grade exceeding 185 sq. mm but not exceeding 400 sq. mm direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering & refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size foloowing sizes in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable of 1.1 kv grade of following sizes in the existing RCC/Hume/Stoneware/Metal Pipe/HDPE DWC Pipe is required.

Supplying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete from AAI preferred makse and ISI marked complete as required.

Laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe of "B" class (conforming to IS:1239 Part-I 2004) for road and concrete crossing as per site recommendations.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including cum dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of 100 mm dia. GI pipe (medium class) in existing trench as directed.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials 3.5C X 240 sqmm size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying & making end termination with brass compression gland and lugs for following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XPLE power cable of 1.1 kv grade as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type Changeover cum LT Distribution Panel cubicle type, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and 3 mm thick gland plate with top/bottom cable entry as per site requirement, 100x50 x5 mm suitable MS channels frame in the bottom/ legs for grouting etc totally enclosed IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized with concealed hinged lockable doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with TPN busbars including internal control wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated flexible wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. as per tender single line diagram (SLD) and technical specifications including following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the panel: A) Incomer-1 ( Mains side): 1) 3 nos: 100A 4P 16KA MCCB( Ics=Icu=100%) with thermal-megnetic release and RYB , ON,OFF, trip indicator with 2A control MCB. Incomer (After ATS) shall be provided with digital multifunction, suitable rating CT & 3 ph. Voltmeter control MCB per phase. 2) ATS: 100A,16KA, 4P, 415 V Automatic Transfer switch with manual override facility- 01 no. 3) 4 pole Power Contactor with O/L protection-01 no. B) Incomer-2 (35KVA DG Side): 1) 1 nos: 63A 4P 16KA MCCB( Ics=Icu=100%) with thermal-megnetic release and RYB , ON,OFF, trip indicator with 2A control MCB, Ammeter with suitable rating CT & 3 ph. Voltmeter. 2) 4 pole Power Contactor with O/L protection-01 no. 3) Engine Control /AMF Logic Relay & provision of local /remote opertation along with cranking rely - 1 no. 4) Automatic battery charger 240V AC/12 V DC with DC Ammeter & Voltmeter-01 set 5) Ayy other accesories required to meet the requirment of auto start/stop of DG set.

C) Ougoing : 1) 2 nos: 63A 4P 16KA MCCB( Ics=Icu=100%) with thermal-megnetic release and ON, trip indicator with 2A control MCB. 2) 4 nos: 63A 4P 16KA MCCB( Ics=Icu=100%) with thermal-megnetic release and ON, trip indicator with 2A control MCB. 3) 20 A, "C-type" DP MCB, 10KA- 3 no 4) 32 A, "C-type" DP MCB, 10KA- 3 no D) Other Accessories: 1) Modular type, 4 pole SPD (Class-B/Type-2), 50KA rating@nominal dischage current(10/350µs impulse) with less than 100 ns response time (Type-2) with suitable rating 4pole MCB - 03 no. 2) Control wiring , 100A,16KA TPN Busbar , Auto/ Manual Selctor switch, illuminated Push button for start/stop & control logic as per approved SLD. 3) Suitable cable connectors, phase spreader, extended rotory handle etc and any other item required to complete the job.
