Supply, erection and commissioning of vertical turbine motor pump set (2 Nos) having discharge 30lps, head 120m

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make vertical turbine pumpsets with stainless steel shaft SS 316,bronze LTB2 impeller, Cast iron casing, Bronze LTB2 neck ring, SS 410 sleeve, (column pipe thickness 10mm) (minimum), flanged column pipe with strainer and delivery pipe and all other accessories confirmed to ISS with folowing specification. The pumpset shall be coupled with motor specified. Total Head -120.00 m, Discharge - 30 lps, The pump set has to be connected to the existing pumping main. Vibration should be limited as per HIS 9.6.4.3 standard for pumpsets. Impeller should be dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 grade 3 standards. Pump performance tolerance should be subject to Hydrate Institute Standard Class A (No nagative tolerance is applicable in efficiency and no positive tolerance in power)

Supply of best quality brand new Indian amake SPDP slow speed squirrel cage EF2 induction motor suitable for operation at 400/440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply conforming to relevant IS specifications with ISI mark, suitable to the above pump set. The motor shall be energy efficient motor and supporting certificates/documents to prove EF2 shall be attached

Supply of IS marked auto transformer starter suitable for above motor including all cost of oil and erection charges.

Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty cast iron D/F sluice valve PN-1.6 as per relevant IS specification with ISI mark suitable for above pump set

Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty cast iron D/F reflex/non return valve as per relevant IS specification with ISI mark suitable for above set

Supply of reputed make pressure guage (minimum 150 mm size) with stop cock and all other accessories suitable for above pump set

Supply of suitable size PVC insulated sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable confirming to relevant IS specification with ISI mark for giving power connection to panel board to motor, starter, capacitors etc complete as per standard including end termination materilass.

Supply of all materials and providing plate earthing using suitable size copper earth plate buried at suitable depth with alternate layers of charcoal and salt including supplying and fixing suitable size perforated GI pipe. Copper stips, bolts,nuts,etc., relevant ID specification and IE standards.

Erection and commissioning of the motor pump set with all accessories detailed above including necessary civil, electrical and mechanical works, suitable concrete foundation, including fixing the starter, motor, panel board etc, installing all electrical items, wring, earthing, giving connection etc as directed by departmental officers as per IE rules and IS specification, interconnection with existing pumping main, fitting suction and delivery pipe and specials, sluice valve, reflux valves, etc complete and trial run for a period of 72 hrs as per the specification including all cost of cement and all other materials etc. complete.

Any documentation required for proper electric connection shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.
