DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down carefully copper /Aluminium point wiring (Light fan socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring Surface type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non metallic PVC surface Caping casing /conduit 20 mm or higher dia, ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point/ fan/ exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.

(b)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on the same board

(c)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on independent board

(d) One light point controlled by two, two way switch of 5/6 amps

All as per Item No 3 above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete.

M&L for point wiring Concealed type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non- metallic exhusting PVC concealed conduit 20 mm or higher dia, heavy grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly ,screwed, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

M & L for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 5 of MES schedule 1991 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminiuum conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspention wire one twin core 10sq mm solid conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, conforming to IS - 7098 Part I - 2009 with aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core in ducts or on walls laid in trenches including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand cushioningng (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 18cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I

Supply and laying sub class B bricks old size for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair of sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x4 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn including PVC conduit along with 4 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn including PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of sub main wiring complete with 4 runs of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor and drawing through surface and including PVC conduit of appropriate size and connecting terminal ends including provision of 2 run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly complete all as directed .

S & F in replacement of Vertical type TPN DB, 4 Way, as per IS-8623, IP-42 protection, universal mounting with 100A copper bus bar with neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plate suitable for MCCB 125 Amps TPN as incomer and MCB TP as outgoing, with and including providing following MCCB/MCBs & making necessary electrical connection for incoming & outgoing cables, with copper lugs, crimped with crimping tool :-a) Incoming:- MCCB, TPN, 415 Volts,125 Amp ultimate breaking capacity (lcu)-25 KA, confirm to IEC-60947-2-01 No (b) Out going MCBs:- MCB TP 415 volts 63 Amps having repturing capacity 10 kA, 'C' curve type-4 Nos
