Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable(aluminum/copper conductor of size 6 to 70 sqmm any core from trenches including cable cover,tubes if any etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting & Taking out LT underground cable(aluminum/copper conductor of size 95 to185 sqmm any core from trenches including cable cover,tubes if any etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting & Taking out HT underground cable(aluminum conductor of size 95-120 sqmm any 3 core from trenches including cable cover,tubes if any etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Note for item No 01-03:- Excavation and earth work will be measurel and paid seperately under respective items in this schedule

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: (a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.)

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 16mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

Dismantling, taking down removing old unserviceable ACSR conductor from existing HT overhead line with its jumper and binding wire complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix ACSR conductor for HT OH line incl binding on insulator with binding wire of squirel / weasal or any other as per site requirments and complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : 3 % of actual pole to pole distance will be added for sag and binding wire for measuement and Payment purpose.

M&L for preparation painting of HT 2 pole structure applying one coat of synthetic aluminum paint on all poles , channels and cross arms, bracket complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repalacement from existing HT pole 11KV air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame Vertical / Horizontal type ,with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 200 amps all as directed with locking arrangements and godrej lock 7 levers one Nos complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / concrete floor and including returning filling and making good using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 to match with the existing surface complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Cross arms bracing supports clamps back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Materail and labour for cross arm bracing supports clamps back plate fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts bolts washers welding bending cold and hot drilling holes in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable pin / shackle/ loop type insulator complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix pin type insulator, porcelain vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised wild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix of shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white brown or green 90mm dia and 75mm height including GI strip of 31x3mm size, 12mm dia insulator bolt washer and nut complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Neon indicator lamp (RYB) for panle board complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only CT's Cast Resin type of ratio 100/5 Amps suitable for electric panel complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Make: AE/L & T or equivelant of make as per Appx 'B')

Servicing cleaning painting of oil cooled voltage stablizer of capacity 100-300 KVA including opening, checking and replacing line unserviceable and defective electrical parts and make the stablizer serviceable, minor components like wire, capacitor is including in the cost of repair as directed by Engineer in Charge.
