Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make 30 HP from electric mains isolating the necked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, discouple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and carry out minor repairs at site or transporting to workshop and back, reassembling the motor after repair, refixing in position reconnecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of defecting parts shall be measured and paid separately as S&F here after. (b) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to Civil workshop, and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the rates.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 30 HP (defective motor taken out in item above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 30 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor, slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction Valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm internal dimension brick/stone construction including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing were directed, PCC foundation of the mix (1:2:4), type D-2, brick masonry including plastering, rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally finished even and fair and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar and suitable size angle frame with mild steel angle iron 40X40x6mm, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with handle and locking arrangements and painting all steel surfaces with two coat of synethic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embeded in PCC with two coats of black bitumenous paint as approved, complete all per Drg. No CESZ/TD-1081/2011 and ground requirement including dismantling old/damaged valve pits.

Cleaning of underground water sump by pumping out water below suction level, removing all internal deposited sludge by non clogging submersible pump, cleaning the surface of the sump using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from all deposits, washing the sump with high pressure compressor nozzle thoroughly and removing dirty water from the pump to make it clean including repair to the internal surfaces by plastering with cement mortar 1:3,15mm thick and providing fillers at cracks to prevent any seepage of water including disinfecting the sump surfaces, complete, Painting one coat of water proof paint all as specified and directed of from 50000 gallons capacity, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- the work of cleaning and disinfection will be carried out by expert in the field of the work. the work will be carried out in such a way that the water supply is not interupted; necessary bypass arrangement to be done). (Note : For every six months cleaning will be carried out and will be measured as one unit)

Cleaning of Overhead reservoir by draining out water below supply level, removing all internal sludge by washing. Cleaning the surface of the reservoir using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scale to make it free from deposits. Washing the reservoir with high pressure compressor nozzle thoroughly and removing dirty water from the tank to make it clean. Repair to internal surfaces by plastering and providing fillers at cracks to prevent any sepage of water. Disinfecting the sump surface using disinfectent complete all as specified and directed for 50000 gallons capacity , complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- The work of cleaning and disinfection will be carried out by expert in the field of the work. The work is to be carried out in such a way that the water supply is not disrupted.) (Note : For every six months cleaning will be carried out and will be measured as one unit)

Supply & spraying Bleaching powder of superior quality with latest lot and test certificate from authorized laboratory with min 30% active chlorine (in 25 Kg bags) in and around water supply installations to maintain hygenic enviornment / prevent algae growth at required interval or as and when directed, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Nishat/Shriram/Modi.

Supply only Sodium Hypochloride/Calcium hypochloride in granular form as disinfectant suitable for mixing in drinking water and safe for human consumption as per norms complete duly approved from appropiate auth , complete all as specified and directed. make as approved by GE.

M&L disconnecting pumps and column pipe from position for Flushing of borewell using portable air compressor of suitable capacity and after pumping by pump with 25% extra capacity including dismantling the down pipe any length and capacity untill the muddy water pumped out and clear water obtained and including reconnecting pump and column pipe and connection to its original position complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling the defective alternator / field winding of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy and rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning , complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set rubber hose pipe complete set suitable for 35 to 63 KVA DG set of any make and type and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length for any capacity DG Set including both side hose clamp, with nut, bolt and washers as required , etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective self starter assy of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the defected speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from the DG set, transport to authorised work shop, cleaning the Fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and testing , complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of spares like new injector / nozzle / gasket / seal / nut, bolt and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F in repairs micro processor based DG control unit suitable for 35 to 200 KVA Capacity Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves make DG sets incl neccessary connections and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of distilled water in the DG battery, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Feed pump unit, hand operated for 35 to 180 KVA capacity DG sets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for isolating, disconnecting and transporting the Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA workshop for repair, strip opening of stabilizer for inspection and acertaining the defects for repair & cleaning, servicing all serviceable acessories including reassembling after repair, preparation for and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and marking SM/MES No., transporting back to site, reinstallation and testing on load, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Parts required for replacement will measured and paid seperately under respective items.)

Supply and fix in repair PCB Card/Plate for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity upto 30 KVA to 200 KVA as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old burnt out winding and rewinding of same for stabilizer oil immersed type of capacity 30 KVA to 100 KVA by using suitable gauge super enamelled copper conductor as per existing winding, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of fresh insulation transformer oil toping up into voltage stabilizer of different capacity complete with superior quality insulating oil BDV not less than 50 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of transformer oil for LT Servo voltage stabilizer upto BDV not less than 50 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron dimmer gear set for automatic voltage correction capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA with as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair micro limit switch with cam lever complete for servo stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of servo motor synchronous type of torque capacity 10 Kg for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair servo dimmer booster coil for automatic voltage correction suitable for servo stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Carbon brush with holder assembly for servo stabilizer of capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA as per site requirement for type and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Off Load change over switch 200 Amps, 4 Pole made out of Sheet steel enclosure side operated including replacement of incoming and outgoing lugs and fixing arrangement on panel/wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 3 Pole Power Contactors - Type ML, Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1 AC1 400 Amps for AMF panel of DG set capacity 180 KVA complete all as specified and directed . Make L&T or equivalent

Supply & fix in repair of 250A 4 Pole MCCB in 180 KVA AMF Panel Board, complete all as specified and directed. ( Make :L&T /Siemens/ABB/Legrand)

Supply & fix in repair of upto 160A 4 Pole MCCB in 35/62.5/63 KVA DG Panel Board, complete all as specified and directed. ( Make-L&T /Siemens/ABB/Legrand )

Dismantling old unsv conventional earth pit including electrode plate/pipe from position and material and labour for maintenace free chemical earthing with bentonite based earth fill mtrl in same or different place where directed with copper earth electrode of suitable size including back fill compound and other accessories as required and recommended by OEM and connecting with copper strip of size 25x3 mm in position (connecting upto 7.5 mtr length max) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- An amount of ` 2,57,822.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-ll shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum
