Taking down carefully to existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators sockets, light fitting etc removiing materials to keeping in safe custody for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour code as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with multistrand copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FR-LSH cable 1100 Volts grade ISI-694 marked with valid CM/L No. drawn in concealed PVC rigid non metalic conduit, including replacement of mild steel/pressed steel sunken box and outer sheet and provn of fixed concealed sunken box with inner & outer cover incl all screw,cup washer used to brass etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FR-LSH cable as earth continiuty conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete for light/Ceiling fan/Ex-fan point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (Note: modular and normal Switch /socket and fan regulator deem to be measured and paid seperatly in respective items).

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mm x 50mm, 2 to 3 terminals with back plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of sub main two single core PVC copper conductor unsheathed wire multi stranded 6 sqmm including cutting chasing and grouting PVC pipe concealed including Tee, Elbow, Bend etc and including 6.0 sqmm copper conductor single core wire connected by common earth all as specified. Including 20 mm dia PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sheet metal enclosuret double door TPN DB 4 way (CAT PART No 607705 of Legrand or having same specification in L&T, SCHNEIDER OR C & S), 415 V with neutral and earth link and 200 rated bus bar, ip-20 protection,with neutral bar, Earth bar and cables ties for cable management fully insulated bus bar and complete made out of CRCA steel sheet factory made complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure double door 8 way SPN DB (CAT PART No 607711 of Legrand or Cat part No A9HSND08 OF SCHNEIDER or C & S, 230 V with neutral and earth link and 200 rated bus bar complete made out of CRCA steel sheet factory made complete all as specified and directed. Make cat Pt No 854DD of SSK or equivalent Havells/ABB/Legrand.

M & L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm size burried directly in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with char coal and common salt filling in alternative layers of 15cm thick and connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers etc made out of galvanized iron including 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth wire from earth to distribution board 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to funnel heavy wire mesh for watering purpose including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for concrete pit 10mm thick PCC slab cover frame all as specified and shown in electric plate Nos 3/ SSR Pt-I and testing on completion including old replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.
