Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including exposed surfaces finished with external Teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails and both side 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern and approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) including shutters with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate ‘Z’ sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings (where applicable) and/or the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI Chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. Note : Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 250 to 300 gm/Sqm.

M&L for Stainless steel letters, figures, symbols, etc made of 0.6mm thick stainless steel sheet, size exceeding 30cm but upto 40cm height and upto 30cm width, fixed as per standard trade practice as in sign boards etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Size, Font, pattern, etc of letters, figures, symbols, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including MS powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 605x605 mm frame work using 24mm x 32mm x 0.7mm main ‘Tee’ runner to be interlocked, 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm cross ‘Tee’ and 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 2 to 3 mm dia GI wire (upto 3.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 24x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1200mm centre to centre both way with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of false ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for application of two coats of water based UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane, high performance, cold applied, single component elastomeric in situ liquid membrane for water proofing in approved colour (White/ Terracotta/ Green/ Black/ Grey) to be applied on dry or moist surfaces having tensile strength 1.40 ± 0.2 MPa, Elongation 400% ± 50%. Treatment is to be applied in minimum 1.00mm thickness over roof as per requirement complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & as directed. Make of material : ShaliUrethane BTD of STP Ltd or equivalent of Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab 18 to 22mm thick laid in floors, Kitchen shelf, etc over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick layer of white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) of size 8 to 10 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a synthetic enamel paint circle of 30 cm dia in approved tint for describing building numbers on concrete/plastered surfaces complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The font, style, matter, tint of paint & place of writing shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete from soffits of RCC slab / other RCC structural members in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 40-70 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc / Amandur of GK technocom or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite) over the corroded reinforcement bars where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer of M/S Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement bars with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Nitobond EP (2.5 Kg pack and coverage area 5.5 Sqm/ 4.5 Kg pack and coverage area 10 Sqm) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, brush etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for providing additional reinforcement TMT bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using 'Lokfix' of M/S Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Weight of TMT bars shall only be measured for payment purpose.

E&M Items: Taking down carefully existing unserviceable/perished surface conduit/concealed conduit/batten/casing caping aluminium/copper point wiring any type for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including all fixtures and fittings such as batten/conduit/casing caping, etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling, etc to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes of Grade ‘PE 100’, Pressure Class ‘PN 8’, ‘SDR-17’, ISI marked, with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cutting of existing PCC floor / hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 90cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed including re-setting of interlocking tiles/ Paver block (where required) complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.
