SCHEDULE 'A' B/R ITEMS

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, moulded or chamferred edges and like complete. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for hardcore of gauge exceed 63mm but not exceed 100mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceed 15cm thick watered and reamed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for laying machine pressed precast conctete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, including interstices filling with fine sand etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 25mm thick sand layer for laying interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes/ area drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of block or stone or concrete of any descirption not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 Metre but not exceeding 500 Metre and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' ELECTRICAL ITEMS

Supply & Fixing LED Bollard light cool light white 6500K of Wattage 14 Watts, IP 65 Protection with integrated mounting base plate and driver complete housing dark grey RAL 7043, Die cast, Polycarbonate diffuser, Operating Voltage 140-270V AC 50 Hz including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) suitable size for mounting of light fitting including mounting pole with accessories for fixing with anti-rusted nut & bolts etc., required as per site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Philips Cat No BCP400 LED09 D CW PSU GR S1(City Cube Bollard D)/ Wipro/Bajaj or its equivalent Note: Apply for single coat of suitable colour distempering for bollard foundation shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & Labour for Multi standard Copper Conductor cable of size 2.5 Sq mm 4 Core, drawn through ISI Marked HDPE/PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. for any interconnection of cable light/connector/ looping box to light etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Polycab/Plaza/Havells/ RR Kabel Note:- Conduit saddles & small excavation of cable in around the helipad deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP-54. The contactor, MCB and circuit wiring 16 sqmm copper shall be suitable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
