Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor including finishing top cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick glass dividing strips of 38 mm width inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiling to store and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 300mm, 7 to 8mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid joint free Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, over 15 mm thick screed bed CM (1:6),in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 19.00 (here-in-before) but on vertical surfaces over 10mm rendering in CM (1:3) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed and bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dedo and pillar laid over 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Wornout existing treatment from sunken portion of WC /Bath/Kitchen/Passage area n exc 2.5 Sqm each including taking down floor tiles, plaster, lime/cement concrete, WC trap complete empty of existing sunk. (Taking down of plumbing & sanitary fixing & fixture shall be measured under relevant items).

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) 15mm plaster in CM (1:3) with WPC on raised vertical surface. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles ,dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours

(g) Laying concrete (1:4:8) over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout (j) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. NOTE : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be consider for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E2 (1:5:10) (40mm graded aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
