Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, or any thickness as in roof coverings including nainital or similar pattern including Ridges/Valley/Hips/ Eaves board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete/brick work of sunken portion, mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml/50Kg of cement and fixed 40mm PVC pipe sport complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10), type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sunken floor surface finished fair and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of flexible polymer acrylic water proofing coating, 1mm thick (Dry film in two coats) using water proofing compound including necessary pond testing for 48 hrs in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Providing plain cement concrete [1:2:4] type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate 40mm average thickness as in sunken floor of wc/bath/toilet finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml/50kg of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high tensile 550 MPA yield strength Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to non accesible roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 4mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction. (e) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.
