Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Drilling trial bore of 250mm dia upto 200mtrs depth with reverse rotary circulation or direct circulation or combination of both by using power ring for housing of 350mm nominal bore reduced to 250mm below ground levelling in any kind of soil strata including hard stone boulders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Development of trial bore by reaming in following steps:-

From 250mm to 350mm.

From 350mm to 450mm.

From 450mm to 550mm.

From 550mm to 650mm.

Reaming up to 675 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 350mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel.

Reaming up to 525 mm from depth exceeding 60 meter to 120 meter including casing pipe of 250mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel.

Additional cost for SS slotted pipe of 250mm dia in lieu of casing pipe of 250mm.

Fixing cost for MS reducer bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping hours.

Supply and lay Pipes ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 150 mm as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 6.0 mm both end flanged 3.0 mtr long fitted with flanges at both ends made out of heavy grade pipes of not less than 6mm wall thickness ISI marked IS:3589-1981 complete with bolts,nuts,gasket etc as required at site complete.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100 mm (4”) dia.

S&F chain pully block of capacity 3 ton and lifting height 6 mtrs with extra 5mtr chain complete.

Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 300/350 mm) supply and Install complete upto 10 WHP inclusive of 40 metre long submersible cable and starter.

M&L mild steel works confirming to E-165(FE-290) in bands,straps,supports or stays for holding column pipe and submersible pump set including necessary bolts,nuts and washers as required including cutting ends to shapes as required.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN ,150 mm (6”)dia.

Supply and fix Valve, reflux, with by-pass Arrangement (NRV), 150 mm (6”) dia

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 60 cmx 60cm x 60cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, 15mm thich rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level including provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 5mm thick flat iron all round , on ISA 40 x 40 x 6mm frame, fixed with hold fast 150mm long, embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 300x100mm) with necessary hinges, handles, locking arrangement including applying two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core.

Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)Fe 410 -W (Gde E - 250) Quality all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix compact air insulated rising main with aluminium busbar 125A breaking capacity of 35 KA and IP 54 protection complete all as specified.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortear 1:6.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water profing compound as per manufacturer's instructions over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on surfaces other than fair faces of concrete surfaces.

M&L applying two coats of white washing to new plasterd surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Surface excn n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells. Cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in deepth and getting out soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil for sewage pipe line /manhole and cleaning the site.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface.

Removing excavated materials(soil) n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, using broken stone or boulders

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L for brickwork with sub class’B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing chain link fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook & pintel hinges; large hasps & staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way & three way straps,plate washers & similar small articles conforming to Fe290-0 Gde E-165

S&F mild steel screw bolts 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.nxc 5 cms long.

S&F TMT 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 410-0.

Ditto as above but 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars and over for stirups.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L flat iron (40X60mm) straps for securing corner posts and chain link fencing all as directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M&L for 75 mm 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as plinth protection/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry and or concrete surfaces of wall and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4

Applying three coats of white wash on new wall surface including preparation of surface.
