Manufacturing, Providing and Fitting of Gun metal bushes for the VT bowl as per sample. (for bowl 1 and bowl 02).

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of stainless steel sleeves for line shafts of dia. 25mm of required size 35mm×200mm. (for Bowl No.1 and Bowl No. 02 respectively).

Providing and fitting of thrust plate/Ratchet assembly bearings as per sample including dismantling and assembling. (The Bearing No’s are 6015 and 7315). (for bowl 1 and bowl 02).

Providing and fitting of Rubber bushes for center kits as per required sample. (for bowl 1 and bowl 02).

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of stainless steel sockets as per sample of size 40mm×150mm. (for bowl 1 and bowl 02).

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of stainless steel lock pins of required size for coupling. (for bowl 1 and bowl 02).

Assembling of VT bowl, shifting back to site in a private vehicle arranged by firm, Installation and testing of VT bowl/ Pumping unit complete successfully.

Providing and fitting of steel structure platform in a sump fabricated out of rolled steel channels ISMC 100 and black plates of thickness not less than 6mm of size 5′×8′. Long pieces= 8′×2 = 16rft Short pieces= 5′×4 = 20rft 36rft= 10.97 m= 101Kg >A Black plate of thickness 6mm of size 2 ×3×5 = 30sft = 2.788 sqm. =131 kg >B A+B= 101+131= 232 kg Total for 02 jobs 2×232 kg = 464 kg, say 470 Kg The work to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes welding set, DG set, electrodes of superior quality, skilled workers complete in all respects.
