Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type transformer step down ,copper wounded having primary side for HT Three Phase 11 KV & secondary for 3 phase 433 Volts, 4 wire 50 hz of capacity 500 KVA as per IS-1180 Part-I Level-III with and including the following specification:- (a) No load voltage ratio-11KV/ 0.433 KV (b) Nos of phase-three (c ) Type of cooling- ONAN (d) Frequency-50 Hz (e) Vector group-DYN 11 (f) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral (g) Oil level gauge indicating oil level with minimum and maximum indication (h) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (i) Lifting lugs rollers and MS terminal Box on both HT and LT side (j) Rating and terminal marking plates (k) Dehydrating breathing device which would not permit ingress of moisture, rain water and insects (l) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug (m) Thermometer pocket (n) Oil filling hole( 1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (transformer wih conservator) (o) Connection-Delta/Star (p) Temperature rise in oil-40 deg celcius (q) Temperature rise in windings- 45 deg Celcius (r) Material winding-Copper wound (s) High voltage/low voltage with cable box (t) Service-Outoor type (u) Neutral-Internally conneted with earthing lead and bush (v) Off load tap changar (+5% to -5% in steps of -15% with 7 position) (w) First filling of transformer oil upto recommended level. Note:- Plinth for the transformer as recommended by manufacturer shall be included in the quoted rate.

S & F over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced Ferret 6/1x3.010 on existing HT pole using new aluminium binding wire and binding on insulators by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire all as required and specified to permissible sag.

S & F cradle, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.14 or 4 mm dia including stringing, tightning, binding etc complete all as specified.

S & F steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) including CI base plate finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.(Note :- Excavation PCC work measured and paid separetaly under appropriate items.)

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including loop type insulator stay clamp (excavation and concrete measured separately) by using stay rod 20 mm dia insulator size 65 mm X 90 mm clearance of 16 mm hole white brown colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for galvanized stay stranded 7/3.15 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape of size as indicated or directed .

S & F in repair pin type porcelain / polymers vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 150 mm height 150 mm dia 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps.

M/L for GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings on wall/poles and etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 SQMm

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 400 sq mm 3½ core core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable

S & F switches air break, gang operated Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 amps 11000 volts complete all as directed at site.

M & L for lightning arresters high tension expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp 11000 volts set of three

Supply and fixing Drop Out fuse assembly 11 KV, 25 amp

Supply, laying in repair and testing three core power cable, 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (earthed), 95 SQMm, aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 fixed to wall pole or laid in trenches making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3½ core

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, erection of poles, stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

do same as item no. 19 above but beyond 1.5 mtr depth upto 3.0 mtr

Returning & filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

M & L for manufacturer sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 8.0 cm below cable 15 cm above the cable complete all as directed(Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)

Supply and fixing in repair cable route indicator made out of 25X25X3mm angle iron 150mm clear hight with 100 mm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm stone aggregate ) block of size 200mm x 200 mm x 200 mm with Letter "MES HT CABLE" suitable inscribed on one CI circular plate 100mm dia 5mm thick welded with angle iron including necessary earth work and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm dia by means of bolts, washers ,watering pipe 20mm dia, medium grade GI pipe,with welded funnel and wire mesh and 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe with fitting as protection pipe for strip from plate electrode to test point /plant/machineries etc. including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-I having outer dimension 60cmx60cmx60cm and internal dimension 30cmx30cmx30cm, pre-caste RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bares @15 cm centre to centre both direction and 10 mm dia MS handle of suitable size charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as show in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius in CM1:4

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) n exc 0.5 cu. m each , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation concrete for pole, fencing post complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate for pole coping including necessary formwork for fair finished, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC Type D2 1:4:8 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate for pole sub base including necessary formwork for fair finished, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick on cement surface using CM 1:3

S & F angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MS Screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, EACH screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length exc. 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long 11 to 15mm dia of shank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire mesh (12 gauge) size and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc incle provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in witdth or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
