Leasing out/outsourcing of newly constructed HP PWD Rest House near Dhanotu Chowk Tehsil Sundernagar, including engagement of various staff e.g. Receptionist-cum-manager, qualified cook qualified helper cum cook beldar for any duties assigned by Junior Engineer, mali / Gardener to maintain all the plants/flowers/flower beds, chowkidar, a sweeper cum sewer man. The rates shall also include purchasing of crockery articles, sweeping and cleaning articles, repair and maintenance work of building, water supply charges, garbage charges and property tax charges.
