Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn as in unframed work including dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as spcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood, factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Taking down carefully existing spherical wind driven turbine ventilator, outer dia of turbine 760mm (Approx), doom dia 380mm (Approx), rotor dia 655mm (Approx), throat dia 610mm (Approx), height 360mm with 38 Nos (Approx) vanes including base plate of size 1600mm X 1050mm (Approx) from roofing, dismantling of parts, cleaning thoroughly internally and externally, lubrication of bearing/ bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEM's recommendations, replace of defective nuts, bolts and washers, re-assembling and fixing in original position complete all as directed.

The door frame shall be fixed aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size. Disconnecting existing tanks, float valve with float arm and outlet pipe from PVC service water tank, emptying stored water through outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refixing water tank, float valve and outlet in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing "Cleaned on: (Date)" 50mm height on outer face of tank with white synthetic enamel paint (using STENCIL) on water tank of capacity exc.250 litres but not exc.500 litres complete all as directed.
