Preventive Maintenance and Servicing, 11/0.433 KV Step down Transformer Indoor and Oil Cooled type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side HT bushing, bushing rod, opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc., rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system. Servicing of the transformer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each transformer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :- Inspection of transformer shall involve :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside/outside the transformer. (d) Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding. (b) Washing with clean water after scraping with wire brush in side and removing mud and spoil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtrs. (c) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping wire brush on walls/pillars and floor & removing mud and grits & deposits etc properly. (d) Repair/Replacement to all inlet/out lets of sump with a reqd size of MS/GI Pipe as directed including cement work etc complete leakage proof. Pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of STPs (MBBR technology) with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 1500 LPM capacity 10HP/15 HP (Minimum) along with tanking out mud/ solid sludge from the tank complete from solid separation chamber, aeration chamber and dispose whole sludge to faraway areas from public places including cleaning of sump completely. So as to vacate the sumps to enable the repair of the main non clogging pump sets installed in the STPs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
