9 Presure(injection) grouting to Masonry structures with 825.54 Sq.mt 1198

cement slurry by including providing PVC nipples, size of

5 cm long, & at 30 Cm.c/c distance at a maximum

pressure of 7.5 kg/sq cm including providing necessary

scaffolding and materials etc complete.

10 Nipple fixing including drilling the holes diameter 22mm.( 175 Nos 569.82

minimum 15mm internal diameter of nipples) and 20cm

in RCC/PCC irrigation structure's components incl fixing

of nipple by applying prime coat done with BIS standerd

quality material of Resin+Hardner mixing material &

quality that works in wetted condition. Pointing done

with water plugging BIS standerd quality material in first

coat and after that second coat done with epoxy base

putty of Resin+Hardener mixing ( 1part +Resin +1part

Hardener+8part Sillica ) and sealing the nipple hole with

appropriate material and process after grouting.

11 Grouting done by injection process in 262.5 Kg 3278.8

RCC/PCC/Masonary irrigation/Dam structure's

components through Nipples with pressure 1 to

kg/cm2 and as per instruction, with materials (101h

injection grout + 201ce polyurethen two componant resin

permanent watertight sealing ). The rate includes cost of

materials, labours scaffolding, equipments etc. and

material to be used of BIS quality only.

12 Providing sand faced cement plaster 13 mm thick in C.M. 870.82 Sq.mt 375.6

1:3 including watering, finishing, scaffolding, curing

13 Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint 870.82 Sq,mt 114.53

on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even

shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all

dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc

14 Dismentalling the exisiting earth bund including 15750 Cum 60

depositing the useful excavated stuff as and where

directed including sorting and stacking useful material

as required up to lead of 50 mt. and all lifts etc

completed as per instructions of Engineer in Charge.

1.The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-InCharge for

which no extra payment shall be made.

2.The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3.GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

4. GST Will be paid Sepretely.

Above all items of "Schedule-B" with Item Description, Unit, Rate & Amount have verified by me and found order.
