REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SUB MAIN WIRING, SUB MCB DBs AND ALLIED WORKS IN OFFICES, JCOs, OR MD ACCNS IN THE AREA OF AGE E/M (ARMY) JAMNAGAR UNDER GE (ARMY) JAMNAGAR

Taking down carefully aluminum /copper point wiring (light, fan, switch & power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, by unscrewing from board, out let box, fitting and fixture such as bulk head fitting, sketch fittings and making good the disturbed rurfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old DBs/main switch of any size including MCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down service/sub main wire of any size fixed in any position including cassing/ conduit and making good the disturbed surface with matching specification , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade White / ivory colour ISI marked, PVC Concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall including all cutting chasing and making good with matching specification, ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with modular white cover plate wih suitable frame for fixing of modular switches etc including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site for the following :

(a) One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch 5Amps

(b) One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches 5 Amps

(a) One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch.

(c) One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches for stair case.

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable,one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size concealed in wall etc including with two runs of PVC insulated 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- four runs of 6.0 sqmm cable, two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC heavy duty conduit will be measured as one unit. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 8 way Vertical type with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system with MCCB TPN incommer including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 4 way Vertical type with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system with MCB TPN incommer including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm from sub main wiring including removal old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), MS FUNNEL with wire mesh ,coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board.
