Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls roof and floor etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Material and labour for point wiring for one light controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn carefully through existing/New concealed conduit along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable alongwith providing earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated ,including pressed steel sunken boxes concealed type with 2 mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including cutting chases for concealed conduit making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item no 3 here-in-before but for one light point controlled by two 2 way switch all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn carefully through existing/New and including PVC capping and casing (double lock) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item no 9 here-in-before but for one switch socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item no -9 above but for one 15 Amp switch socket outlet, independent with 2.5 Sqmm single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable along with 2.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED bulk head fittings 10 W,230 V,50 HZ suitiable for indoor and outdoor applications complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Surya cat no. SLE BH 10 W or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply and fixing LED mirror light fittings 07 W,230 V,50 HZ suitiable for indoor and outdoor applications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing on wall security LED light luminaire fitting 1X25 W and including cable for connection from celling rose with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable including 25 mm GI bracket medium grade 1.5 m long bent to shape including bolt, nut,washer,clamp etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade 25mm dia ISI marked complete with fittings and fixings accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable submain wiring and including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement moter 1:3 to the ends and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Labour cost for replacing spare parts are included in the quoted rate.
