Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The Tenderer should have executed the works/have experience in any of the following organizations during last five (5) years: In any Central Govt. /State Govt. /PSUs /Govt. bodies /MES /Railway /CPWD /KPWD/Metro Rail corporation, Pvt ltd & Public Ltd may also be consider, All Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3: Qualification Information. Each Tenderer in its name should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during last five (05) years either of the following: I) One (1) similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 11.04Lakhs.ii) Two (2) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 8.83 Lakhs. iii) Three (3) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 6.63Lakhs.and 1) Similar Works means Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of STP /ETP Units.2)The last five (5) years means the last five (5) years counted 28 days prior to date of Tender submission.3)Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of Tender submission (i.e., gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily.4) In case theTenderer has executed works/contract for a client which includes other works in addition to similar woks then the Tenderer should provide a client certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work in support of work experience.5)Work Completion Certificate shall be certified by Executive Engineer or above rank and considered to be valid. 6)The credentials of the Tenderer in case of works executed as a subcontractor can also be considered towards eligibility criteria with respect to Clause 3.4 of ITT (Instructions to Tenderers), subject to documentary evidence to able to establish traceability.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, achieved in at least three financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 6.63 lakhs.

The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and cess under applicable Acts, but exclusive of CGST and SGST as specified under GCC clause 39. BMRCL will pay the output GST and SGST on value of supplies/works done as invoiced by contractor, at rates as per applicable law, as per Section 2 of ITT clause 11.

Eligible tenderer will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value, As per ITT Clause3.1

In case of any contradictory the General condition of Technical bid documents prevails.

Penalty will be applicable as per section 7 caluse 11
