Grooves treatment : Cutting and removing damaged corner joints, debonded plaster and cracked plaster. Apply 3 coats of two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproofing compound like Nitocoat CM210 (product by FOSROC) or other equivelant product approved by KSUM and spread silica sand over the coatings. Apply a coat of epoxy based bonding agent. Fill the grooves with dual shrikage compensated fiber reinforced thixotropic repair mortar of approved make and of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in 28 days with a thickness of 15-20 mm to proper lines. Apply PU primer in corners and seal it with exposed UV stable polyurethane sealants.Apply penetration based exposed strong concrete/plaster protection coating.

Band treatment : Cutting and removing damaged plaster band and cracked portion. Level the block surface with fibre reinforced, shrinkage controlled,cementitious repair mortar system like Rendroc HS extra (product by FOSROC) or other equivelant product approved by KSUM. Apply 3 coats of two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproofing compound like Nitocoat CM210 (product by FOSROC) or other equivelant product approved by KSUM and spread silica sand over the coatings. Apply a coat of epoxy based bonding agent. Grit plaster treatment : Remove damaged and debonded grit panels. Properly clean the brick wall surface and replaster the brick level and brick joints. Apply 3 coats of two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproofing compound like Nitocoat CM210 (product by FOSROC) or other equivelant product approved by KSUM. Re create the removed grit plater panels. Apply penetration based exposed strong concrete/plaster protection coating.
