Supply and replace of water filter for water cooler / purifier 'CANTT RO' or any type and capacity of existing make complete all as specified and as directed

Labour only for checking/ inspecting of unserviceable window /spilt type AC any capacity placed at any location of HQ SAC to find out minor repair of loose electrical connection, gas leakage, fan blade, PVC pipe at indoor /outdoor unit, etc, complete as and when intimated by users due to shortage of connection by any cause all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of Works (i) To attend all the complaints/break down. (ii) Inspecting the plant and carry out preventive maintenance quarterly basis. (iii) To check the refrigeration system, compressor, controller, motor and starter and ensure healthy working condition of the equipment (iv) Checking the system for any leaks and rectification of leaks if found including refrigerant. (v) Taking the set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance for the plant. (vi) Checking the control system for operation and adjusting the settings. (vii) Checking the functioning of compressor and its accessories. (viii) Annual checking of compressor oil and changing if required. (ix) De-scaling of water cooled condenser once in a year (x) Replacement of refrigerant gas a a result of leak developed due to wear and tear.
