S & F Repair/Replacement for Cast iron body and brass gate heavy duty non return valve ISI marked ( NRV) both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos the following bore sizes complete all as specified :-

M & L Repair/Replacement of MS Chequered plate cover of 6 mm thick including angle iron frame size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm embedded in PCC for mounting plate cover and coping with locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Repair/Replacement of MS rod fabricated out of 25 mm dia MS Bar to operate the wheel of sluice valves from the roof/ ground of the filter bed and top of the valve champer suitable for sluice valve of size 150 to 300 mm dia and fitted with original C I valve cap and operating handle and having minimum length of 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.5 mtr and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primerincluding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L Repair/Replacement of rubber sheet packing for NRV, Sluice valve ,foot valve etc of following size including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

Taking down old US UG Cable of any type and size from existing location complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable etc getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type- 1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F for GI Pipe light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissionnig of UG LT cables 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS of size 2 core x 10 sqmm, including cable glands, cable lugs etc to suit the cable including material and labour for all jointing/ connecting material of required size, cables laid in trenches or passing through pipes etc,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for LED Post top lantern light fitting 20 Watt, IP65 protection complete mounting on existing pipe including removing of old unsv one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. S & F for LED hanging light ''TENTO NXT LED" highbay luminaire LED 80 watts 230 volts heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements including removing of old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Fabrication of rectunagular shaped Glow Sign Board made out of GI sheet of 20 guage (5 sidesi'e back, top, bottom, both sides) to be fixed by screws over the MS frame made out of MS square hollow bar of size 25.40 mm x 25.40 mm x 2.65 mm thickness, to be claded by aluminium beeding at all sides fixing of flex sheet 0.60 mm thick in the front area with margin at all sides after preperation of making computerised colour layout plan and brief details layout of pump house installed machinery of installations matter as given by the department of size 1750 x 1500 mm size Fixed in repair complete all as specified and including provision of the following :-

i) MS / Stain less steel hook for hanging the glow sign board on wall incl wooden plug & screws. - 04 Nos in each board.

ii) Provision of LED batten light fitting 20 watt incl all accessories & necessary wiring using PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm - 05 Nos in each board.

iii) Suitable arrangement to be made for opening of front side flex board/ frame with locking /fixing arrangements for carrying out necessary repair to inside light fittings.

iv) Carrying out two coat of painting on the inside steel frame by two coat of synthetic enemaled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

v) Over all dimension of glow sign board shall be 1.75 Mtr ( Width ) x 1.50 Mtr (Breadth) x 0.25 Mtr ( Depth ).

M & L for checking and making proper alignment of Centrifugal pump motor on the common base MS channel frame of any type and any capacity as per manufacture design and tightening the grouting with new nuts and washers of suitable size ,complete all as specifide and directed by Engr-in- carge

Demolition for Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in foundation for motor & Pump sets on ground floor including removing pump set with base frame keep aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in sub base including Formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as foundation for Pump motor of any capacity etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement including grouting of SS botls of suitalbe size, length & Nos as per manufacture design complete all as specified.

M & L for fabrication of base frame for pumpset with MS structral steel channel as per manufacture design and proper aligment including and necessary cutting/ welding/ fabrication and connection with nut and bolts duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including taking out old rusted base frame complete and refixing the pump motor to same position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks using old size bricks straight on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete work and finished even& smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for colour glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick in wall/ floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles, with 15 mm thick cement screed bed CM (1:6) complete all as specified.
