S/R to Road from NUABANDHA SAHI to NUABANDHA SAHI MOTHER DRAIN from Ch 0/000 Km to 0/500 Km such as WMM, BM, SDBC and R.C.C drain in the Dist of Nabarangpur for the year 2025-26.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm including, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using 60/70 penetration grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of weight of mix in a Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor Paver Finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect as per Clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC - 35 and as per Clause - 803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.4, 803.6 to 803.8 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

R.C.C. Drain on Either Side of Road

Dismantling Stone masonary in cement mortar including T & P scaffolding whereever necessary , sorting the dismantaled materials , disposal of unserviceable materials including cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber, and utilizing the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required as per clause No. 301, 302 & 304 of Specificaiton for road & bridge work of MORT&H & Direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Sand filling in Road work & foundation of structures as per approved Drawing & technical specifications including watering, and compacting including all leads and lifts for finish item of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed & vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level and 1.5m above ground / bed level for finished item work as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete Proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard black broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing including cost of all labour T & P royalties etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-20 in foundation / sub-structure of walls of CD work, drains etc as per drawing and technical specifications using High Strength approved quality Cement and coarse granite aggregate conforming to Table 1000-1 with formwork as per section 900,1000,1500,1700, 2100/2200 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of SAIL(HYSD Fe-415) welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
