Removing the existing tretment from the roof,Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm, M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate , rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, provn of APP polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3 Kg / Sq.M incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bitumenous Primer @ 100 gms / Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 @ 1.2 Kg / Sq.M each at top and bottom of the membrane followed by a coat of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.50 lit / sqm complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10cm overlap and on vertical surface the membrane shall be inserted in grooves and packed in CM (1:3) all as per manufacturers instructions on non accessible roofs complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of RCC overhead water tanks of any size including all connections and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm/25mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm/25mm bore stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm/25mm dia bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for rating and removal to storecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm/25mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.)

S&F 20 mm/25mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilling or laid in floors in short lengths complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radious with access door complete all as specified and as directed.
