M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium Powder Coated Sliding Window Frame and Shutters with 91 x 42 x 2 mm thick Three Track section for frames and 39.4 x 17.7 x 2 mm thick Sliding Section for Shutter Frame all round including including necessary Joining Cleats, Glazing Clips, Neoprene Rubber Packing, Powder Coated Aluminium Snap Beading, Screws, Powder Coated Aluminium Fittings such as Locking Arrangement [1 No], Suitable Handle [1 No] including glazing with 4 mm thick Tinted Glass complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 300 mm X 200 mm, 7 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.
