Removing unserviceable parts of Table office officer steel, supply and fixing of the following parts to table all as shown on drg and as directed.

Top of Table table office Officer Steel shall be made out of 18/19 mm thick, prelaminated particle board bounded with phenol formal dehyde one side teak face other side white in colour including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood (teak) beading around the sutter all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair/replacement of drawer table office officer in right side, 1mm thick mild steel sheet as per existing pattern having locking device all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement legs of table office officer,25mm mild steel square tube 1.6mm thick welded with electric welding machine to match with bottom frame all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement bottom stiffener of table office officer, steel 25mm mild steel square pipe 1.6mm thick welded with electric welding to match with bottom frame all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Repair to Locker Bed Side Steel

Removing of old unserviceable handles from Bed side locker steel supply and fixing new chromium plated steel handle 100mm long as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable safety type hasp and staple from bed side locker steel, Supply and fixing new chromium plated hasp and staple (75x60x3mm) as specified and directed.

Fixing loose shelves of locker bed side steel

Taking out old unseviceable doors of locker bed side steel and S and F of new door size as per drawing and thickness not less than 1 mm thick

Removing unserviceable legs of Locker bed side steel and supply and fixing of new legs as per drg, thickness of sheet shall be minimum 1 mm thick

Repair to Charpoy GI Pipe with ply wood top

Removing unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI Pipe, supply and fixing new GI long rail as per IS-1239 med grade 32 mm bore duly threaded as shown in drg.

M&L Removing unsv ply wood and replacing with new 12mm plywood top of size 1980x900 mm gde BWR type ISI marked fixed with 13 MS bolt 6mm dia including washer and nuts as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of two nos ms flat strips 25 mm width 5 mm thick and 905 mm long on equal dividation on the gi charpoy for strengthening and holding of 12 mm ply and make holes on both ends to fit 5mm thick counter sunck machine screw 75mm long alongwith washers and nuts.

GI long rail obtained vide item 8 (a) shall be converted into short rail and fixing duly threaded as shown on drawing in replace on unserviceable short rails.

GI short rails obtained vide item No 8 (c) above shall be converted into leg and fix in place of unserviceable legs duly threaded in charpoy GI

Removing unserviceable GI elbow fron charpoy GI, supply and fixing new GI elbow three way ISI Mark (med grade ) 32mm

Removing unserviceable GI check nut, supply and fixing of new GI check nut 32 mm dia (medium grade)

Gas / Electric semless welding

Gas / Electric seamlesse welding 6 mm thick to various steel furniture members and components where required including grinding filling the welding surface to match the existing surface complete.

Painting to steel furniture

Painting shall be done after removing of dents of steel surface. Putty shall be applied in dental surfaces directed by Engr-in-Charge to make surface flesh with existing surface. Putty shall be of good quality as approved by the GE.

Painting shall be done with one coat of OG/Black/white paint (spray painting) both inside and outside of all furniture articles as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge before commencement of painting work preparation of surface shall be got approved from the Engr-in-Charge then apply the coat of painting on whole surface shall be applied on dental surface and additional one coat of paint shall be provided on the same surface:-
