Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same with in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transporation of unuseful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportations including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals, necessary to complete the work by mechanical means /labour if required. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B manual means as per MORD technical specification clause 508 using VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg (Six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (Zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate spread uniformally per 10 sqm(Ten square metre) of road surface, including heated in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 (Thirty/ Forty) tonne and laying of mixed materials and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (Eighty- Hundred) kN static road roller as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, machinery and equipment required to execute the work to the site of work complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 407 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 (forty three) grade cement M-30 (M-Thirty) grade, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to ISI :383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (Zero point Two) cubic metre capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron (One hundred twenty five micron) thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading, the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixture as approved curing of concrete slab, for 14 days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1501 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto Three Sand isto Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush which may arise during the course of execution including cost of form work in drains as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 800,900 and 1200 including carriage of material/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of Octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and erecting "W" metal beam cash barrier comprising of 3mm (Three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail. 70cm (Seventy centimetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post. 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into Seventy five into Five milimetre) spaced 2m (Two metre) centre to centre, 1.8m (One point eight metre) high, 1.1m (One point one metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364. metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into Seventy five into Five milimetre), 330mm (Three hundred thirty milimetre) long complete as per MORTH Technical specifiction clause 811 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
