Providing and fixing 10 mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalat 600x600x10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring pigment to match the shade of tiles as required treads of steps and including laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Distempering (one coat) with oil bound wasable distemering of approval brand & manufacture of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting one coats on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping with while enamel paint other than white.
