M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms , wash hand basin slab, urinal partition etc and like over and including 15 mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) pointing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite including Dismentling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tile ,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) of size 300 x 450 / 350x450 / 350x250mm and 7-8mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado / skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for non skid Ceramic tiles,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade) square/ rectangular) area of tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying of white wall putty approx 1 mm thick in one layer as per manufacturer's instruction and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling, cornices etc, make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curves on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius old size bricks built in Cement Mortar (1:4), incl Demolition of brick or stone boulders masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China urinals, half stall type white urinal, complete including providing and fixing plugs, urinal spreader, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
