Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( Zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero decimal two seven five kilogrammes) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications clause No.503 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A with specified sizes of graded stone aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate 0.27cum.per 10 sqm. (Zero point two seven cubic meter) per ten square meter premixed with pentration grade with bitumen binder VG-10(viscosity grade-ten) at the rate 14.6 kg. (fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square meter of road surface to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant of 30/40 (Thirty/ forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat type -B complete as per MORD technical specification clause-508 including hauling of material in all leads lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. Providing and laying of premix seal coat type-B for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg. (six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06(zero point zero six ) cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manully of mixed materials and rolling with three wheel road roller 8-10 (Eight - ten ) tonne capacity as per MORD technical specification clause-510 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rates including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
