ANNUAL AFLOAT REPAIR WORKS OF SL PAMBA AT IWT MARADU TERMINAL KOCHI DURING THE YEAR 2026-27

Chipping, wire brushing, buffing, grinding & cleaning of above water level up to deck area including Super structure includes wheel house top, rear seating arrangement, Steering gear compartment inside, Radar compartment inside Engine room inside & also engines foundation base frames, various pipes, machinery & other fitting etc. b)    Store, bath room (toilet), Mast & other fittings etc.. including labour and material charges.

Painting of the above mentioned areas with 2 coat epoxy primer and . 2 coats of epoxy marine quality enamel of existing colour properly including labour and material Cost.

Renewal of damaged M.s plate of 5 mm thickness (BIS 2062 steel, Grade B) after the vessel at Stern gear Compartment of ship building quality after removal of the damaged plates by gas cutting and other fittings safely. Labour and material cost

Supply and fitting of anchor cable with anchor assembly, including proper securing of the anchor to the anchor cable using suitable D-shackles, swivel, connecting links, pins, and all other necessary fittings and accessories as required. The work shall include proper installation, alignment, securing, testing, and commissioning to ensure the anchor assembly is safe, secure, and fully functional. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, testing, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work.

Changes for Overhauling of the PTO unit fitted to the main engine and the engine-driven Fire/Bilge Pump, including dismantling, thorough inspection, cleaning, renewal of worn-out bearings, bushes, oil seals, gaskets, coupling elements, fasteners, and other defective components as required. The work shall also include checking and adjustment of gear backlash, shaft alignment, lubrication system, reassembly, testing under operating conditions, and commissioning to ensure smooth, leak-free, and efficient operation of the PTO and Fire/Bilge Pump. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, consumables, tools.

Cost of Spare parts will be reimbursed on (Actual+10%) basis

Renewal of damaged 2.5-inch M.S. fire line pipeline fitted on the fwd side of the main deck, including dismantling and removal of the existing damaged pipeline, supply, fabrication, and installation of new 2.5-inch M.S. pipe of the same specification as the existing, complete with flanges, bends, reducers (where required), end fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, supports/clamps, and all other necessary accessories as per the existing arrangement/sample. The work shall include cutting, welding, alignment, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface preparation, application of one coat of approved marine-grade primer and two coats of approved marine-grade finish paint, re-commissioning, and making the fire line completely leak-proof and fully operational. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, testing, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work.

Renewal of damaged 1-inch M.S. fresh water line pipeline fitted on the forward side of the main deck, including dismantling and removal of the existing damaged pipeline, supply, fabrication, and installation of new 1-inch M.S. pipe of the same specification as the existing, complete with flanges, bends, reducers (where required), end fittings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, supports/clamps, and all other necessary accessories as per the existing arrangement/sample. The work shall include cutting, welding, alignment, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface preparation, application of one coat of approved marine-grade primer and two coats of approved marine-grade finish paint, re-commissioning, and making the fresh water line completely leak-proof and fully operational. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, testing, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work.

Overhauling of the diesel main shut-off valve, including dismantling, thorough cleaning, inspection of the valve body, spindle, seat, gland, seals, packing, fasteners, and all internal components. The work shall include renewal of defective gaskets, gland packing, O-rings, seals, nuts, bolts, and other worn-out parts as required, reassembly, adjustment, pressure testing, and commissioning to ensure smooth operation and complete leak-proof performance. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, consumables, tools and testing, charges.
