GLASS PARTITION Providing and fixing fixed partition of fully glazed moddy/saint gobain plain toughened glass sheet of 12mm thickness fixed with top and bottom SS patch fittings or top patch fitting and bottom inserted into the wall about 15-30mm with Aluminium (Hindalco or equivalent) profile of 12mm depth.

ACP Cladding: -Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panels as per the drawing/ specifications for the interior finishing job. ACP shall be of approved make (Alstrong, Aludecor, Evabond or approved equivalent) and of overall thickness of 3mm with aluminium skin of 0.25mm on both sides. The panel shall be cut in to match the grid size in required length and width as per the site condition, tampered & formed using router machine / curved using standard rolling machine, without leaving heavy marks on the sheet, so as to form a tray. The panel shall be fixed on pre-fabricated frame work, joint at Horizontal & Vertical with standard cleat angles and fasteners of SS screws, Hilty/ Fisher anchor bolt. The gap formed in between the panel shall be sealed with silicon sealant of Alstone WS600 or equivalent after fixing the required masking tape and all other accessories. The sheet fixing and applying of sealant shall be in line and level to the building line. The extruded prefabricated frame work shall be fixed to the wall/ floor beam with M.S brackets and screws. The necessary projection as per the design shall be made with steel frame work using fixed at maximum 1.5m centre to centre fixed to the super structure. The cost of MS/GI members will be paid seperately under the specified item. Any changes in colour, materials shall be made only with prior intimation to the Engineer in charge.

GP frame work : Steel work in GP tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint , including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and fixing panelled sliding 3 nos. doors made of powder coated aluminium extruded architectural sections of specified size with shutter comprising of section having bottom rail of size 100mmx44.5mmx1.85 mm thick, lock rail of size 100 mm x 44.45 mm x 2 mm thick, top rails 50mm x 44.45 mm x 1.50 mm thick , vertical style 50mm x 44.45 mm x 1.80 mm thick and appropriate sliding system. The top and bottom rail shall be reinforced with 8/10mm dia rods. The door shall be panelled with 8mm thick Thomson multiwood panel at bottom and 5mm thick approved toughened glass at top including handle, EPDM gasket, screws, fastners, rollers, lock & key, door stopper etc. as per the drawing and specifications. (Area of door opening shall be measured in sqm for payment.)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile double skin insulated roofing sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with 4cm overall thickness and top skin of 0.40 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns and bottom skin of 0.3mm thickness powder coated GI sheet. Sheet would have foam insulation and vapour barrier at bottom. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM silicone seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. The sides shall be covered with powder coated GI sheets/ channels of 0.8mm thickness

Providing and fixing removable type stainless steel fly proof mesh shutter and frameas per joinery details and material specifications.Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4 mm wide aperture with matching Aluminium beading.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure above plinth level up to floor V level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete ( DSR item code : 50.6.1.5.)

FINISHING: Providing cement plastering of 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) . (DSR item code - 13.1.1)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : 13.48.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm (DSR item code : 13.48.1) (Asian paints apcolite premium or equivalent)

Providing and fixing anti bacterial vitrified glazed tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make , in all colours, shades of size 60x60cm (RAK/ Kajaria/ Somany) as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, over tile adhesive for wall tile fixing including 3 MM spacer and joints fill with epoxy of the same brand. The changes in basic rate of tile will be deducted. (OD)

Straight cutting of the Mandana floor and chipping off the Mandana and mortar beneath and disposal of waste as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The width of cutting will be 20cm and depth will be upto 10cm

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete of grade M20 including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete for all heights. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 or more For all heights
