Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:- (a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(e) Stair cases with slopping or stopped soffits exclding landing

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights using second class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) in Ist class bricks in Super-structure for all floors in all heights including curing complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position with Hard/ Sal wood in all floors level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of Asian paints or equivlant of approved shade and manufacture on ceiling/slopping surfaces and undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equaeliet on under corted wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete., including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet of in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel work of BIS specification welded in built up section/including hollow section trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position including applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 vplume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeter) over all with 0.45 mm (Zero point furty five millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets of in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating+ back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia (Six millimeter diameter) & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).
