Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS 304 grade) adjustable friction windows stays of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium

Supply of Good quality MS hot dipped galvanised bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers etc. .of different diameter size as specified for tower works.( The item shall be executed for providing in place of the Missing Nuts and bolts if any during dismantling and transportation of tower earlier. The payment shall be made only to the fresh quantity of Materials supplied to the site according to the requirement )

Supplying and Fixing Mild Steel Anchor Bolts of Required Diameter and Length ( Diameter Varying from 16mm to 32mm ) for Tower Foundation including Making Steel Templates with Necessary Holes to suit the Diameter of the Anchor Bolts including Mechanical threading to the top 15 centimetre length of Bolts , welding with necessary MS Plates at the bottom of independent anchor bolts ,etc. complete .The Anchor Bolts and Template shall be fixed to line and Level keeping the Centre to Centre Distance in tact ,inside the Centring and shuttering of the Tower Beams Before doing concreting of Tower Foundation .( The Rate includes the cost of All Labour involved in the Above operation ,Materials ,Transportation and Fixing Charges and Nothing Extra shall be Paid on Any Account )

Supply of Tower Materials conforming to ISRC Specifications Supply of missing tower members of RTT using MS hot dipped galvanised angles section conforming to specification attached to respective towers including ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, GI Nut and bolts etc. . MS angles of Yst 22/210 grade and conforming to IS 1161

Anchoring Reinforcement bars of 12mm to 32mm dia to existing RCC Structural Members with approved High strength Epoxy Adhesive to Provide Strength to the New structure including columns, Beams, Slabs and Footings etc. consisting of the Following operations i) Core Drilling using Power Drilling Tool to a depth of 25cm including Driving the tool and removing the Debris ,dust by vacuum cleaner and preparing the Anchor Hole ready and clean for the Application of Chemical (ii) Applying" HILTI HIT RE-500" or Equivalent High Strength Injectable Mortar ( An Epoxy adhesive of Two compounds ) in equal proportions with the Application Gun to the Full length of the Anchor Hole (iii) Inserting the Reinforcement Bars to the Anchor Hole in such a way to ensure that the tip of Reinforcement bar shall be met with the concrete end /reinforcement and bonded with the Applied Chemical and to the peripheral Concrete Surface and till the surplus Chemical Comes out of the Anchor Hole to ensure that the Anchor Hole is Void Free. (iv) Leaving the Anchor Reinforcement free for 10Minutes without shaking /pulling in/Pulling out till the Anchor rod is completely Bonded with the core periphery. The work shall be carried out as per the Directions of the Engineer-in-charge.(The Rate is inclusive of All material and Labour involved in the Above operation and Nothing extra shall be paid on Any Account)

Transportation of tower materials by mechanical transportation from Microwave Station Building Compound (Thrissur) to KODUVAYUR ( PALAKKAD ) Tower Site including loading, unloading, segregating and stacking as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( The Distance for Transportation is approximately 56 Kms )

Erection of Three / four legged light weight GI Roof Top Communication tower including assembling the Structural Members of the Tower, tightly connecting with GI nuts, bolts, plate washers, ring washers etc. including making use of necessary hoisting / climbing arrangements, safety belts and all necessary precautionary measures to safeguard the building, working labours and general public etc. to form the Finished Tower to Conform the Standard Drawings /Design/Alignment etc. complete .

Providing and applying Synthetic Enamel paint of approved Brand and Manufacture over the Three / four legged light weight communication tower ( NB ) . One coat of Etch Primer (MRF, Asian paint or equivalent) should be applied first followed by one coat of zinc chromate primer .Over that two or more coats of enamel paint Orange/ White ( Standard Colours Specified for Communication Towers ) of approved brand and manufacture should be applied.) All works to be completed as per the Standard Specifications and according to the directions of the Engineer in charge

Supplying and installing Chemical Earthing Electrode-(GI), 50 mm dia, 3 mtr length electrodes including drilling / auguring minimum 150 mm dia holes upto 3 metres depth, inserting electrode, backfilling the sides with soil mixed with BFC ( Back fill compound)- for 3 mtr depth and providing with Poly plastic chamber with cover etc. complete in ordinary soil. The whole work is to be done as per the instruction of the Engineer-In-Charge and the resistance value checked after installation should meet the A/T standards. The rate is inclusive of all taxes and service charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Providing G I strips of size 50x3 mm one end connected to the tower leg with G I bolts and nuts [with lead sheath in between] including providing and connecting the legs at the bottom of tower and the other end shall be connected to the G I plate earth/ring earth with G I bolts and nuts [with lead sheath in between] including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing and fixing copper lightning conductor of 1500mm length, 25mm dia hollow tube of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm…including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length not less than 150 mm (lightning conductor to be fixed at the top of the tower) and connecting the GI bus bar to the lightning arrester using 2 Nos. 10 mm dia brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight]

Providing GI bus bar of 50 x 3 mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 no.s of 10 mm dia GI nuts & bolts [with lead sheath in between] at each connection. The bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/ building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Dismantling Three / four legged communication towers (upto 40 Mtr height) manually including dismembering MS hot dipped galvanised Structural sections of the Tower viz. angles, flats, Channels ,gusset plate, bolts, nuts , ladder, working platform ,antenna fixtures Lightning Arrestor etc. and stacking within 50 Mtr lead, including Providing sufficient safety measures, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge. ( The rate includes the cost of insurance charges and all labour involved in the operation including hire charges and mobilisation charges of tools and plants etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.)
