(a) The STP should be capable to treat waste water by using the design on basis of Detailed Design Basis Report enclosed as Appx 'A' to achieve the treated water parameters as per CPHEEO/NGT standards and as per details given herein.
(b) An outdoor underground semi-underground collection sump (Minimum 50 KL capacity for 0.12 MLD and 100 KL for 0.28 MLD STP Plant) in accordance with the invert level Manhole of suitable capacity to be constructed in RCC just before the under ground package type treatment plant to cater peak flow in terms of guidelines of CPHEEO manual. The liftwell pumps of suitable design and totally automatic to be installed in the collection sump to operate automatically in accordance with water level sensors to handle the average flow rate as well as peak flow of the influent.
(c) Sufficient redundancy in the pumps & valves & pipe lines shall be provided. Sewage lift well alongwith complete to be provided if it is desired as per the invert level. Level sheet alongwith recommendation of STP OEM to be submitted for final approval by the department.
(d) All sizes, capacities shall be in conformance to CPHEEO ( Central Public Health & Environmental Engineering Organization) manual and other statutory requirements.
(e) The treated water will be reused for arboriculture/Car washing points and for flushing purpose in residential areas however in rainy season the provision should be made to dispose off the excess water in sewage line of municipal corporation. The scheme to include tertiary treatment system like, chemical dozing, multigrade pressure filters and activated carbon filters in 100 % FRP construction to achieve the desired parameters. An outdoor semi underground covered sump of RCC construction to collect the clear treated water is included in the scope of work which shall be one 280 KL sump for 0.28 MLD plant and one 120 KL for 0.12 MLD plant.
(f) The scope of work includes complete designs, (As per the availability of site which is 20 x 20 Mtrs for 0.12 MLD and 25 x 20 Mtrs for 0.28 MLD STP Plants including working space) drawings, excavation, removal of surplus soil, backfilling, compacting, manholes, exhausts, treatment reactor technology and all required civil works including hard standing as per approved design for the entire plot area for STP, Mechanical, Electric works components, foundations, disinfection system, pipes, cables, controls, monitors, switchgears, excavation, manhole chambers foundations, motors, blowers, MCC panels, sensors, starters, automation components complete in all respect and all as required to create a clean setup and an efficient system to treat the waste water and achieve the requisite parameters and reuse as enumerated here and elsewhere. The scope of work shall also include the Min 9 Lps & head 75m for 0.12 MLD plant & clean water storage tank and min 12 Lps & 55m head for 0.28 MLD plant & clean water storage tank installation of treated water pumps (1 W+. 1 S) for each clear water storage tank including SCADA system for automatic operation of the treated water pumping system. Any minor items, components, sub-system not specifically mentioned but essentially required is considered included in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account.
Note: Treated water network after pump header shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule. However integration of field devices with the SCADA system shall be part of the quoted rates under this items. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.02 | (g) Influent (RAW) sewage parameter assessed by the contractor based on sample collection given in CPHEEO manual on sewerage and sewage disposal as per actual site.
