Architectural Consultancy services- Percentage fees for the complete Architectural Consultancy services as stated in the Tender document including site data collection, geo-technical investigation, site survey, concept development Engineering, Designing, Preliminary and detailed estimation, recommendations of award of works for various packages, GRIHA/ IGBC registration and documentation and final GRIHA/ IGBC certificate, review of residual engineering, if any, being carried out by the contractor, engineering coordination and discussions with KLL, Obtaining completion certificate and occupancy certificate if required as per scope, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in Scope of Work Clause C.1, Section V of the Tender document. Project Management and Construction Supervision Services- Percentage fees for Project Management and Construction Supervision Services by deploying qualified and experienced technical manpower as per the approved scope, including overall project planning, scheduling and monitoring, supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract conditions, quality assurance and quality control, verification and certification of contractors’ RA bills, progress monitoring and reporting to KLL, coordination among contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements at site, and assistance in testing, commissioning and handing over of completed works, complete in all respects as per the Scope as per scope, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in Scope of Work Clause C.2, Section V of the Tender document. Liasoning services- Percentage fees for complete liasoning services for getting building plan approval/ building construction commencement along with all applicable NoCs from respective Local/ State/ Central authorities/ agencies and getting occupation certificate/ completion certificate along with all applicable NoCs from respective Local/ State/ Central authorities/ agencies as per scope Terms and conditions and details laid down in the Scope of Work Clause C.3, Section V of the Tender document.
