Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in hard standing/ path, finished even and fair without using extra cement including spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-35 Grade with pre-polished, coloured/ laquar finish any shape and size, as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 50 mm thick stone dust/ sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m (VG 10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam,with 4% binder content by weight of total mix well rammed and sealed with binder VG 30) 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-10 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.
