Outsourcing services for manning and operation of main pump house for pumping of water from UG sump to Nauveer Nagar area by deploying one Qualified & experienced operator (FGM) & one Helper in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including sunday and holidays for pumping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following :- (i) Mono block pump set with Electric Driven Motor 10 Hp - 02 No's. (ii) Openwell Submersible Pump 7.5 HP capacity with starter - 01 No. (iii) LT panel (indoor type) with starter and connected items - 02 No's. (iv) UG Sump 2,80,000 ltrs & 30,000 ltrs. (v) O H Reservoer of capacity 2,00,000 ltrs.

(ii) LT panel (indoor type) with starter and connected items - 02 No's. (iii) UG Sump 20,000 ltrs & 30,000 ltrs.

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of main pump house for pumping of water from UG sump to Naval Base area by deploying one Qualified & experienced operator (FGM) in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including sunday and holidays for pumping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following :- (i) Mono block pump set with Electric Driven Motor 10.0 HP - 02 No's. (ii) Open well submersible pump 7.5 HP capacity with starter - 01 No. (iii) LT panel (indoor type) with starter and connected items - 02 No's. (iv) UG Sump 1,20,000 ltrs & 1,00,000 ltrs. (v) OH reservoer of capacity 1,00,000 ltrs & 70,000 ltrs.

Outsourcing services by deploying one skilled pipe fitter & one Helper for maintenance operation and attending day to day complaints like defective pipes / valves and plumbing work in Navy area Okha in one shift of 08 hours each (i.e. 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The skilled pipe fitter shall have passed the diploma in the trade from recognized ITI and shall have minimum experiance of two years in the trade.

Outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of 160KVA & 20 KVA, LT Panel, MCCB's at Okha by deploying one qualified & experienced operator in three shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM & 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following:- (a) DG Set No. 1 (i) Engine: Make : Kirloskar RPM : 1500, Sr No. : 1920230. (ii) Alternator: Make : Kirloskar Capacity : 160KVA, 0.8PF, 3 Phase, 415 Volts RPM : 1500 (a) DG Set No. 2 (i) Engine: Make : Eicher RPM : 1500, Sr No. : 5103278-22376, SM No. 906-X/6038-DG-06, Type : 422 ES. (ii) Alternator: Make : Jeeran Capacity : 20KVA, 0.8PF, 3 Phase, 415 Volts RPM : 1500

Notes :- (i) The bidders are advised not to quote rates less than the minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages / subscription / contribution as prevailing, the department shall have right to recover amount of the difference of minimum wages payable and actually paid (If paid less than the minimum wages payable including subscriptions / contributions) from any other payment due or from securities pledged in favour of Accepting Officer. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding in this regard. (ii) Absent from duty of Electrician / Operator is not permissible as E&M services are essential in nature. (iii) The deployed operator (FGM) is responsible for distribution of water to married accommandations OTM accn of different areas including chlorination and proper maintenance of pumping sets, starters, MCCB, LT Panels, bleching Dozers and other allied equipments.
