5.4.1 : Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30) @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. <br> Grading - I (37.5 mm Nominal Size)<br>

55.4 : Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a : Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

5.6.2.a : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)<br>

5.2.b : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

10.3 : Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

8.13 : Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
