A.Maintenance Jobs in Residential Quarters: Attending to all lighting Complaints inside houses including wiring faults in houses

Checking and attending to complaitns in Incoming DBs / House Main Switch etc.

Attending to ceiling fan complaints like replacement of Fan/regulator /capacitor and maintenance of ceiling fan

Attending to ceiling fan/exhaust fan complaints like replacement of bearing,etc

B.Maintenance Jobs in Public Buildings Electrical Sub-Station and other Electrical installations.Attending DG batteries( sub station) and Guest house inverter batteries preventive and weekly maintenance.

Assisting department staff in DG set preventive and weekly maintenance and during class IV supply failures

Assisting department staff in taking monthly meter readings including repair and attending Meter fault if any in houses and public buildings.

Arranging Temporary 1ph/3ph power supply for Official functions like Science exhibitions/indepedence /republic day celebrations/ Pooja/Other Emergency works,etc at colony

Maintenance, cleaning,Checking and rectification of wiring faults in the Street Lights/garden Lights incuding replacement of Bulbs/ignitor/capacitor If any.

Attending fault and preventive Maintenance of sewage Pump Motors, drinking water pump motor and fountain pump motor.

Checking and Attending to total Power failures, incoming DBs complaints and dedusting of feeder pillars.

Replacement of Energy meter

C-RTC shift duty: Maintenance and condition monitoring of 22 KV/415V Colony sub station , attending the eletrical compliaints of colony quarters and other miscellaneous work as and when required basis as per tender technical specifications.[2 semiskilled manpower is required during A& B shift (.i.e., from 6:00hrs to 22:00 Hrs), Assisting in operation of DG set as and when required basis and assisting eletrical persons in general shift works ]

D. Other works: Assisting in operation of DG set in night hours (22:00hrs to 6:00hrs) as and when required basis as per tender technical specifications. (1 skilled manpower rate shall be considered while quoting)

Earth pit healthiness checking includes digging upto strip connection,check the condition and measurement of Resistance value and updating the values with earth pit No above earth pit with paint

Laying of 650V/1100V grade power and control cables of various sizes through under ground as per technical specifications given in Annexure-II.

Earth excavation in all types of soil

Supply and erection of cable jointing kits upto 400 sq.mm (Raychem)

Fixing of exhaust fans in kitchen window of E,D and C type renovated qtrs with required wiring as per tender specification. Wood for fixing is in scope of contractor

Excavation & road cutting of concrete / asphalt road as required, filling & dewatering if necessary, reinstatement to original condition, disposal of excess earth/concrete debris etc.. Stacting of rocks at desinated places as per instruction of engineer.in charge.

Attending 4 pole structure complaints like jumper cut and arranging skilled man power for electrical equipment replacement like insulator,arrester etc,…

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression glands and aluminium lugs of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV, upto 4Cx 50 SQ.MM Cable

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression glands and aluminium lugs of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV,from 4Cx 70 SQ.MM to 4Cx 400 SQ.MM Cable

Supply of 3ph DOL starter suitable for 5.5KW dewatering motor LnT make and including starter spare kit

Supply of Insulation tape

Rewinding of 1-phase, 230V exhaust/ceiling fan motor

Rewinding of 3-phase, 415V squirrel cage induction motor/sewage motor of power rating upto 7.5KW which includes supply and replacement of existing bearing of same type and size with new SKF bearings.

Overhauling of 415V, 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors/sewage motors of various power ratings upto 7.5KW which includes supply and replacement of existing bearing of same type and size with new SKF bearings
