Material & Labour for Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws or L type hook in kitchan cupboard including all necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc., any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of any type fencing, chain link or barbed wire fencing & wire mesh etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) includind all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting,etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainings and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire of 2.60mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19mm width as per IS-513 with and including 18 micron zinc coating. (Each coil is to be expanded up to max of 6.0 m length), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and in any position etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in floor of average 40 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick vitrified paving tile of area exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4, including dismantling old unserviceable tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The model/Pattern of tile shall be as approved by GE

Taking down chowkhat with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each panel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm, made out of 5mm prelaminated coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening complete as per manufacturer's specifications and making good the disturbed surfaces with plastering in Cement Mortar 1:6 (the rate quoted is inclusive this element), nothing extra shall be paid on this account complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 30mm thick factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) PVC solid panel PVC door, shutter conforming to criteria of testing as per IS : 4020, consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 gauge thickness & size 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall 'be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm x 50mm forming styles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive and an additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be struck on the interior side of 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive complete as per manufacture’s specifications & drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 Sqcm but not exceeding 250 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- all as per item No.35 above, but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing boltsposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PVC coated 4mm dia galvanised steel wire mesh of apparture 100mm x 100mm made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long Dia meter of Shank 10 to 20 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
